Terrible, placed on order on the app for 2 shakes. Checked in and no one came out after 15 ins so I pressed the button, the rude guy just replied "WAIT, its coming". Waited another 10 minutes and the order never came out.

I pulled into the order stall to place an order around 10pm, I sat for 5 mins for someone to eventually tell me they were only taking drive thru orders. So I pulled to the drive thru no other cars were there, I waited about 5 mins, no one ever took my order. I noticed that a guy with the drive thru headset on was walking passed me, he did so twice to take out the trash never taking my order. Smh very disappointing.

This place needs to be shut down. They never have workers yet do interviews and waste peoples time. It’s really getting to the point of why are they here? It’s 3:18pm on a Friday and the store is CLOSED! What a joke! They underpay maybe that’s why. They need to close. This location is the worst sonics in all of Houston. From who runs it to the workers. They never have anything.

If you come to this location, make sure you don’t go to stall number two when I swipe my credit card for a $10 meal. It charged me $30 $20 tip and 10 something for my food ridiculous. I only found out because the screen when I swipe turned blank, and I had to go in to pay and that’s when I found out that the machine had tipped them $20 and $10 for my food they couldn’t do anything. They said they return the money as of yet I have not received anything but I do wanna leave a clear note, angel cantu saw that I was very upset. We both were going back-and-forth in the speaking manner. You could tell that I was frustrated and so was he he called corporate and corporate told him to relate to me that they couldn’t do anything and they wouldn’t give me back my money so you’re scamming people for $20. My food was only $10 ridiculous for that. I could’ve bought me something good somewhere else. No one coming here

Terrible service today 09/11/24 went to sonic as normal. The service was terrible and the manager very rude. If you want to treat yourself there is a donut shop in the same parking lot that will treat you much better and not accuse of trying to steal from them

Legitimately the worst fast food experience of my life. We ordered at the pull in spot. They took 3-4 minutes to even answer that. We then sat in the spot spot for 15 min. We only ordered two drinks. We went in and no one helped me for 5 min. They all saw me and just ignored me. When someone did come they said they didn’t even have or order. We just left.
