Every time I go to this sonic and often I just order drinks. I have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my order and they often come out wrong. And have even placed a mobile order for them to somehow forget about and had to call the store to remind them that we were outside waiting. This has been multiple times. Im tired of it, they need to get staff members that give a crap about what they do.

Employee was super rude older guy gray hair working drive-thru has no respect for people needs to be retrained on customer service hopefully something is done that guy does not need to be at the window the way he treats people

Service is good. Nice change of trying milk shake. I don't usually but it was a good experience. I wish they added more strawberries in the milk shake but it was acceptable.

Ordered the salted caramel toffee bites, I got fried dough. There is nothing salted caramel toffee about it. Mozzarella sticks were cold and hard. Slushees were melted as well as the ice cream. Uber eats is refusing to do the right thing. Maybe Sonic will. This is unacceptable.

Was attended half ways thru drive thru so pulled up to window and never attended 9-8-25@ 10:32 we drove off upset. A tall white older guy came to the front grap some tops I believe n just left to the back.
It was good. Server was great and helped with choosing stuff. Food and atmosphere is the same, that they need to just be improved

Avoid this location at any cost. There is ALWAYS something wrong here. The employees are very inattentive at the drive thru, they never let you order from the parking spots, portions are skimped, employees are rude, completely unorganized and lazy. Expect to wait at LEAST 20 minutes before even ordering. Whoever owns this location needs to clean house and start over completely. This location is NOT it and hasn’t been for a few years now. Save yourself the time and headache and go somewhere else. Absolutely nothing convenient about this location whatsoever.
