The manager is extremely rude and does not help. It was their daily that my food never got to me as I waited for 20 minutes... she was condescending and arrogant..I asked for her name. She gave me the poor girls name that helped me initially... she certainly should not be in a managerial position. She has a bad attitude and was going to throw her employee under the bus

That was the first time I've seen a Sonic with an indoor dining room! I had to take my family inside to eat just for the experience! It had a nice atmosphere and it was very clean! And, a clean restaurant is VERY important to me and my family.

The workers did not smile. I had to repeat my order several times because the order taker said she couldn't understand that I wanted mayo but no tomato. I paid with a debit card, and one of the workers came out to the card and asked for the card, but she didn't explain clearly that she needed to take the card inside. I thought she only needed to see the card to verify that it matched the receipt. A different worker brought it back to me. However, neither smiled, and the atmosphere was unpleasant. Also, the food was not hot, nor did it taste fresh. This was my first time here and I won't go back again.
