I ordered a meal and asked them to put no onions or pickles on my burger and they put extra of both. I am highly allergic to onions

At this point I think they purposely don't include all of your items in your order especially if you order on the app and they seal your bag. You call all the phone numbers on the receipt but none of them work. I think it's time to put this family out of business cuz y'all know one family owns all the fast food restaurants in Houston now and they are not customer oriented at all.

Amazing franchise owner of this location, a very clean establishment as well. My experience though was a little more empathetic and for that reason I feel the need to emphasize the energy this location is founded on. I, as a single mother working full time, went to this location after work and after picking up my daughter from her baby sitter to get us a little drink and some snackys on our one hour commute home. I, unfortunately, had just lost my card and did not have it, and only had Apple Pay which this location does not currently have for the time being, however, fortunately, Mr. Harold was there helping at the window and got me that day on the payment as I had no way of paying and my daughter was already in the back seat excited and awaiting her fries 🥺🥹🥹 but thankfully Mr Harold was there and spared me. So shoutout to this location, I most def recommend and especially for the atmosphere created🙏🏽🫂 thank you sir.. in life the little moments like these are what ultimately make up the entire journey, and making them positive for everyone involved makes the process, the journey, the experience more enjoyable, more peaceful, more positively karmic and most importantly, worth more than what a money/cash transaction would have brought. (:

They literally reheat everything and the food comes out in 2 minutes. Chicken strips and tots were so greasy!!!!!

Sonic as a whole has deteriorated so much . It used to be a great and fun place to eat and work. Now the food is so bad that they are throwing ideas at the wall to see what sticks. It's super obvious they are trying to get people to come to them. Honestly, it sucks. Half of the locations have issues with their order boxes, sonic won't even let you request a refund in their app. The amount of times we've ordered something and for whatever reason the location doesn't have what they need to make our order, we're SOL because the location can't do anything and you can't request a refund, what's more is you have to call corporate and go through that whole process to maybe get a refund.

Hamilton was very rude after ordering small slushies i asked if i could changed them for Medium and with a very hostile attitude he said he had already made even thou it had been only a second after placing my order
When he came outside to delivered my drinks he escalated the situation and said “ next time you have to tell me the right size “ with a very rude attitude i apologized and he said “i had already made them … “ needless to said it would NOT b a next time at this location after years of stopping for slushies
Hopefully SONIC can trained their employees better .

They never like to give you a bag for ICE . I buy a big bag of ice because I’m pregnant and they never want to put the ice in a bag. They lie and say they don’t have a bag but suddenly after arguing a brown bag appears!! Get Bags for big bag of ICE or don’t sell it

Typical fast food chain. Great greeting during drive through. Was provided the wrong food and order though. So bummer there..
First impression was a lil weird, the lady in the drive thru was mean asl. But the guy who gave us our food was nice though! At least there was some what of a good service there
Worst sonic I ever been to. We went to the drive threw and the lady had A attitude. We order our food, on the way home we noticed they forgot two of our 5 piece nuggets. We had to turn around, go back and we're asked for a receipt and the bag. They take our food inside and return with hot tenders and cold everything else. Don't know the point of taking our bag if they wasn't going to replace the items in the bags with hot food.
The girl with the neck tattoo that works the drive through as rude as hell.She's been rude to me three or four times so far, I hope they fire her.
