My order is never correct. Silly me thinking well this time it'll be better. They put reeses on top of my blast but the entire huge cup of plain icecream even after I ask them not to. Ordered a strawberry shake Got home and tasted a watery spoiled tasting shake and it had nerds in it. I froze it to bring it back but never took it back cause atp I'm the crazy one for expecting my food to be what I paid for. So disappointed.

Conservative Destroyer

Waiting time was over 20 minutes. Employees don’t seem to reassure customers that they will be right with them. I would not recommend this establishment to anyone, the reviews from other discussing their experience are valid

Had us waiting 15 minutes at the drive up window at the speaker kept saying hello no one never responded. Unprofessional at least say give us a minute we will be right with you. There was only one car at the window and maybe 3 cars at the regular drive up and order. I like Sonic this is not the first time this has happened went to Jackin the box instead service was faster.

DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE!!!
THEY DONT USE GLOVES AND HANDLE YOUR FOOD WITH THEIR BARE HANDS.
All of the employees(7 of 8) had no gloves. That employess was getting food and putting in the bags and only had 1 glove on. It was gross to watch. They were touching the chicken strips and fries(fixing it in the container) with their bare hands! I was picking up a door dash order btw. Even the girl that gave me the drink didnt have gloves.

Its so discusting. Also, two of the cooks were eating and putting the food in the boxes at the same time.

This was NOT OK.

Horrible service I’ve been at the stall for about 40 minutes just to be told to go to the drive thru after pushing the button 3 times and walking to the drive through window!!! Just take the stalls away if you don’t want to serve after dark smh

If you don’t close at midnight on Friday and Saturday you need to change your hours on the app and online. I placed at 11:10 PM, went to pick up my orders and the place was closed. Employees say they can’t refund my money I have to do it on the app when you guys know there’s no way to cancel and order on the app. And my order is saying it’s ready to be picked up.
