It's been closed for weeks now but Google has not updated it's status. The building is gone and pretty sure it won't be opening anytime soon. See pictures attached.

Used to be a good spot but it is going down. Ordered a #1 cheese and was given a kids chicken sandwich instead. Had to drive back from work in order to get my order correct. Seemed as if only one person was working. Guy did best he could just there wasn't any help. Won't be back to this location.

This is the worst Sonic in Texas. I have been here many times but never get waited on. I wait 10 kins in drive before they even acknowledge you. Waited in stall 6 minutes just to order and the place was empty.SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW. PATHETIC WASTE OF TIME!!!!SLOW SLOW SLOW SLOW

Literally the worst for a reason, wouldn't take your order and it wasn't even packed. Had to go through drive-thru, instead of the little side machines, to order and even then it took forever for them to even get me to pay. Just left after that. So much for "fast" food.

Please explain to me why I showed up to this location at 10:40 to pick up to online orders and NO ONE ever answered the drive thru. Drove around to one of the bays and of course no one answers those calls either. Waited 20min. Also, yes, there was definitely employees inside literally standing around with their arms crossed chit chatting with one another.Unbelievable.

I literally just pulled up to the speaker to order at 10:30 and the guy immediately turned me away because he stated that he has 30 kids on the porch? I didn’t get the chance to speak let alone place my order. There were literally 10-12 people outside. I could have understood that there would be a wait time but to turn me away because he didn’t feel like taking anymore orders 30 minutes prior to the closing time is unprofessional.

Awful! Placed online order. Arrived and waited 30 minutes. No order. Guy kept coming on saying, "I'll be right with you." in stall. Got out car and he was inside eating on the phone by himself and not working any orders. Not even attempting to look at me knocking on the door like I wasn't there. Have not gotten refund for my order that I didn't get!!!!!!

Today I went in for a cold drink.I decided to get a grape slush it is really tasty and truly you taste the grape flavor.The drive-thru did have me waiting for a little bit.Finally they came on the speaker and took my order. The lady brought my drink right out and I was on my way to sipping and drinking it.It was good.

We just came to the drive through for an ice tea. The lady on the intercom said they are “backed up” and not taking any orders. There were 2 cars in the lot (probably the lazy employees inside). My husband said we just want and drink and she said ok. We waited a few minutes and saw the employees inside doing nothing. We drove off. Never again.

They have pretty great customer service as well as relatively somewhat speedy carhops and delivery if your in the drive-through line. Their Park-N-Order spots are out tho, as their only taking drive-through right now, or so the manager says. Still paranoid of Corona...don't blame 'em tho.

This is the 4th time I have tried to give this location a chance since re-opening after COVID but will never be back - sat in the bay for 5 minutes with no one answering the red button push. When you only have 30 minutes for lunch, every minute counts.

They never answer the phone, the managers are rude to their employees, and hardly ever have what you want in stock. Not surprised they didn’t make it in the Dr. Pepper games. Only go if you’re okay with ordering something else on the menu.They also don’t have their store number on the receipt so you can’t fill out the survey.
