To all of my fellow Houstonians that have a late night sweet tooth, don't drive to this Sonuc location. I literally live down the street from this location. I am going to blame myself for not sharing with all of you that this location has not been opened for a LONG TIME!!!! Hell, it's been so long that people have spray painted on the wood boards that covered the old windows. I went ahead and suggested it to Google, and it says that my edit is being reviewed. Don’t stop idk why sonic hasn’t reported to google maps permanently closed… they shut down a few months back not years like another person has stated. It was a terrible location btw so save a stop it’s abandoned

This is the third time I have stopped by here and the third time I wasn’t even served I pushed the button and they said what can I get you and never came on to take my order so once again I left and went elsewhere

Just like everyone else has said, this place is horrible! They do not know how to make their drinks or their food. The picture I included is of a large and medium chili cheese tots. Notice that the large has empty space in it. Will NEVER go back. This was me giving them a second chance and they failed.

This is seriously the worst sonic in Houston. The food I got was definitely reheated from yesterday. And I got the frito chili cheese wrap and burger. Absolutely disgusting. I just know I’m going to get sick from this food. I also ordered a French vanilla ice coffee. Took one sip and threw it away. Thanks for wasting my time and hard earned money.

I usually love Sonic but not this location!Our food was cold , meat on chicken sandwich and in breakfast burrito was hard and nasty as if left for hours under heat lamp and I'm not exagerating. The burrito was not edible and the tots were half cooked and cold. Very disappointing for 18 bucks. I could have gotten better at Mc D !!!To top it of when drinks were handed to me lid wasn't secure and leaked all over me.Maybe i grabbed it wrong so i asked for nakins and this rude lady copped an attitude because i ask for napkins. Overalla terrible visit.

Shut this place down! Stop spending your hard earned money on a place like this! Horrible service horrible customer service! Ordered a Waffle cone with butterfinger candy! I get this mess through their patched up drive through window! What’s this? Powered crape! I had to shake off all the dust and asked for a cup! The employee did not looked as he cared!
SLOW service and received mediocre sandwich. Burned bread, missing ingredients and dripping mayo. Went back and employee didn't even apologize for giving something like that out.

For a place that touts its ice cream, how can it not have any? This has happened twice in a week when trying to order Sonic Blasts. And, weirdly, the woman at the window didn't even know they couldn't make shakes, sundaes, etc. Sonic and Dunkin both have taken a nosedive after last year's buyout by Inspire Brands; their brands are now far from inspiring.

I've given this location a few opportunities, and every time I am disappointed. I would not recommend going here at all.The last (and final) time I went, it took 25 minutes to get my food. I was stuck in the drive-thru, otherwise I would have left. The woman who took my order was rude, which I assume is due to poor working conditions. The windows are blacked out so you can barely see what is going on inside. I paid with a card, and on my receipt it says I was to be given change back (which I never agreed to and never received). One could only assume it has happened to countless other people as well.

And my cheese sticks had no cheese in them, asked for cheese tots and got tots with what looked like a slice of cheddar cheese on the side.
