The car hop brought back change from my $20. She did not give us the .87 back, I guess she decided to keep it for a tip. I did pull up to the drive through to bring this situation to their attention. I wanted them to let the car hop know that I was prepared to give her a two dollar tip. If only she had not made the decision to take the coins. I would also like to say that it is possible she could not make change, as we've seen, the younger generation has difficulty with this. Regardless of the reason this needs to be addressed.

The most depressed I have ever been getting ice cream🙃…. Parking lot was very dirty, lots of trash. We tried ordering at a stall they didn’t work. The drive thru service was slow. My husband did not get strawberry despite being uncharged for it. I had maybe a half of Oreo in my blast. The soft serve had a sour like aftertaste and we ended up throwing ours away at about halfway through…. Definitely would not recommend. Very much a waste of money!

Service was great, but the past 3 times I have been there, my order was wrong. I order a burger with no pickles. When I got home and looked at the Burger the only thing on it was pickles. No lettuce, no tomato, no onion, just pickles.?

Love the food believe me, and the carhops are amazing they treat customers with respect but theres one employee in particular which he usually works in the kitchen. Short hispanic guy, and im hispanic myself believe me im not being racist but he gives me weird vibes. One time i was in stall 2 waiting for my food and i had seen him flirting with what looked like an underage carhop and she didnt look comfortable. Seemed really weird to me i dont know if im right but i just had to share my thoughts.
