Sonic Drive-In

There’s no way it should take an hour for two combo meals . This my second time coming here and it’s horrible service and the first time i ordered one drink and it took them 45 minutes to bring it out One fruit punch drink 😑

Took longer to order than I thought it would. Then it took even longer before our food arrived. I was expecting quick service but this wasn’t my experience today.
Food was ok though.

Horrific Experience! I sat and waited 15 minutes for an ICE COLD SANDWICH!!!!!!!!!!!! I promise you I thought Ashton Kutcher was going to pop out because I had to be getting “Punk’d.” I would never go back to this location!

Not only did my two footlong Coney dogs was regular size but my large French vanilla coffee creamer was SOUR!!! It toke waay too long to get my food on my lunch break to go bacc to the restaurant 😒to get new one. I literally can't believe this experience. The guy also acting like I was bothering him while he was make sure my order was right wit my coupon while he rolling round on his skates at the window.

I always try to give this location a chance as its the closest to me. This will be my last time. Every time I come (which i frequent sonic at least 3 times a week for a dirty dr pepper) i order ahead on the app. 2 drinks. Been sitting here for 10 min now. They complete the order as soon as you check so they're definitely cheating whatever metrics they go by. (I was a GM for a restaurant for 12 years) . The stalls are literally all empty. I really want to know why it takes this long for 2 drinks. Last time I came it was 20 MINUTES for a drink. Insanity. I could go in there and make it myself faster than this

If this is the Sonic on FM 1960, its the best! The black female manage, no offense heck im black, but she is always on point! She runs those shifts so smoothly! Were always taken care of quickly and friendly! Oh and the ice is always clean! Yaaas! Shout out to her! ❤️

I am in their drive thru for a door dash order and no fabrications i have been sitting here for 27min and all they have handed me is the customer drink i literally just made them remake the drink DRIVE RIGHT BY THEM PLEASE!!!

Worst sonic ever!! Been sitting in drive thru for 10 min and honking my horn and didn't recieve service along with other customers who drove off!! Just left from there!!

Tried to order, the lady wouldn’t even repeat the correct order we wanted. Waited 3 minutes to just leave because no one was responding and there were literally no other customers. Horrible location and will never return.

When we arrived at Sonic we were there 15 minutes and the person who takes the order came from another different store they weren't even at Sonic and she had an attitude and told me don't look through the window but the sign just says don't enter employee only and how am I not supposed to look through the window in the whole front is made of glass needless to say we did not pick up our delivery order from Sonic as an Uber driver doordash driver I will never pick up an order from that Sonic any Sonic in my driver it won't either the lady from this morning was a light-skinned lady with a big attitude small lady big attitude you definitely have lost customers for life

This place is trash I waited 1 hr for my food the service is slow !!!! When I received my food and shake it had hair in it and the food was cold !!!! This place needs to rehire the whole staff or just shut down !!!!!!!

Tater tots r way to hard n taste like old grease. This has happened on more than 1 visit. Natural lemonade tasted like water, also ask 4 extra ice got no ice. SMH atleasted burrito was correct.
