I rarely bother with doing reviews or anything like this, But bless Christine for having such a bright, wonderful attitude at 10 o clock at night. This sonic is a bit further from me, but with her type of service I’ll gladly be making this drive again rather than going to one closer!

It was very hot,and stopped in for something cold.So decided on a banana milkshake was so great.
The gentleman that brought out was very professional, friendly,well spoken,uniform was nice and neat.
It really hit the spot,I was very happy and satisfied and spent the rest of the time in traffic,but was smiling ?

I went to this Drive thru on 7/17. Upon ordering when my food was received I get a bag with a note on it that reads "Are you Lizzo" "cause the way your eating THAT appetite has to be big". This was the most disrespectful thing I have ever experienced at a place of business. When I went to talk the manager the boy that wrote the note opened the door laughing. The manager comes and says oh I didn't know he did that. I told him stop playing so much. I was supposed to receive a refund. I didn't . Then she send the same boy back out. At this point you should not have even had this employee interacting with me. To which he says we'll you're the only one complaining still laughing. I called corporate still have not received any response back from the manager or anything. I also emailed corporate to which the response was we would like to send you a free drink! SONIC RESTURANTS ARE COMPLETLY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY CLEARLY DONT CARE about how the employees treat the customers. And not to mention the so called managers don't even care to reach out when there employees are in the Wrong. So no I don't want a free drink Sonic!

Horrible wait time. I don't know what's happening and I don't care, if you cannot do your job, then shut this place down. Waiting 25 mins for a small order is an utter failure and a waste of time. If sonic cannot keep up then it must just go bankrupt

This Sonic location (1960) has the most amazing customer service early in day and the mornings! Chris is the best! She always has my order ready before I even have a chance to hit the red button! Thank you Sonic!!!

Why do it take all day for yall to take folks orders when they drive up to drive thru? And why yall only have one or two people working. Yall need to shut down cause folks shouldn't have to wait all day just to make an order.
