Love this place. I go once a week. with my dogs (3 wag cup) and a LG Cranberry Lemonade. I'll also pick up something for dinner.

This store is horrible. I ordered my food online and waited 20 minutes after I got there for them to bring me cold food. I asked to speak to a manager one never showed up, but the gentleman turned around and brought me some lukewarm fries and some lukewarm tater tots thinking that that would eat the sufficient. I explained to him that it was not and that I will be contacting corporate and leaving a review people pay harder money to come and eat at your establishment with there are other choices near your store. No one under no circumstances should be served food that's not warm and not hot and fresh if it's cold or start getting cold, you all need to look at offering a different alternative or preparing hot fresh food. Look at it this way if this is not something you will eat when you start your lunch break do not give it to me.

This guy tried to tell me that Their onion rings are supposed to be looking like they cane straight out of a blender . The burger seems like it was thrown against the wall before it got to me . Spending $15 on a meal and getting trashy service and trashy food. .i tried to give them a second chance and they just keep disappointing our community! Trade these people in or shut it down !

Y'know, I like ice as much as the next person, but 36 ounces of my rt44 being ice is just ridiculous, and to refuse a refill outright with the prices they charge for drinks is obscene.

Besides that, I often have to play some kind of game of Tetris with the drive in spots because so many of the screens are non-functional.

Joshua and his guys absolutely killed it with our front yard. Bushes and trees are now cleaned up, and our lawn might be the best in Charlotte. My new favorite company for lawn care in Charlotte. Thanks!Been using The Groundsmen for a few months now and I’m super happy. They’re always on time and consistent. Hard to find lawn care in Concord this reliable.
