Y'know, I like ice as much as the next person, but 36 ounces of my rt44 being ice is just ridiculous, and to refuse a refill outright with the prices they charge for drinks is obscene.

Besides that, I often have to play some kind of game of Tetris with the drive in spots because so many of the screens are non-functional.

Joshua and his guys absolutely killed it with our front yard. Bushes and trees are now cleaned up, and our lawn might be the best in Charlotte. My new favorite company for lawn care in Charlotte. Thanks!Been using The Groundsmen for a few months now and I’m super happy. They’re always on time and consistent. Hard to find lawn care in Concord this reliable.

I visited this location despite the negative reviews, as it was the closest one. The wait time was a bit long, and there is room for improvement in that aspect. However, the quality of service and food made up for it. As soon as I arrived at the drive-thru, the staff explained that certain menu items take longer to prepare because everything is made fresh. When my order was ready, they were very polite and apologized for the wait. Hopefully, management will address this issue...
