They stop taking orders and leave people sitting with the button flashing 40mins prior to their posted closing time I've never had this sort of service from this location until today I've been coming to only this sonic location for 20yrs.

First time in my life that I ordered in a Sonic fast food restaurant, and it was not a good experience at all. Menu it’s Ok, people are some how friendly with customers, food was cold 100%, fries are over cooked and cold, lot of oil coming out of the fries which of course are not healthy at all, and for sure that oil tank that they use to deep the fries needs a oil change really urgent, when fries are over cooked they look dark and also oil drips from fries, I will say my first and last time I eat at any Sonic, not a good experience, disgusting. I don’t recommend it.

I've never posted a review for a fast food place until today. I stopped to get a breakfast burrito and I was utterly shocked at how POLITE & SUPER FRIENDLY everyone was. From the young lady taking my order over the speaker to the 2 separate carhops who brought me my food....they were all so nice. Also...my food was piping hot; like almost burn my mouth hot! But I'm not complaining at all, it just caught me off guard. When's the last time you've been to a fast food joint and actually got hot food? I'll wait... lol. Whoever the owner & manager are I applaud you. Yall have hired and trained some awesome young adults. Everyone at this location should be proud. Keep up the great work. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I have order from this sonic many times, normally the food is correct. But tonight I was missing food and sides, I tried calling and phone was off. That's not a good way to have a business running. Not only that but there was a gentleman eating food right next to the other guy making the food. Coughing, whiping their nose while handling food, not wearing gloves while handling food. So I called the immediate line and they wanted me to set a profile to send me coupons too. After I sent a copy a receipt the lady on the phone didn't speak much English at all. She asked me for everything on the receipt. Like why am I doing your job for you.

Ordered a small mozzarella sticks with marinara sauce. It took a very long time for my order to come out. I had to re-push the service button to follow up on the order. Finally my order came out - cold. This is why I do not like tipping up front like they have you do on the screen. Cold mozzarella sticks and bad service and they get away with a tip. Sucks!

Lazy, incompetent people. Honestly, they are out of almost everything everytime we come. One time didn't have the ingredients to make the shakes or blasts. Now they have no chicken, gravy, tater tots, not even anything to make an ocean water. The woman at the speaker is very rude and constantly tells my husband to hold on and won't come back on for 15 minutes. This place has unfortunately gone down hill since being back in Texas. Will be going to the one on West Little York.
