Ordered a coney combo with chili cheese fries and and extra order of chili cheese tots. The person asked if we wanted the tots instead of the fries for the combo we said no. They gave us the combo with chili cheese tots and plain fries. We pressed the service button and they asked for the fries back. Thats weird I've never had a place ask for the food back, if they messed up and we didnt get a reciept.

Half of the ordering spot are out of service and on top of that their card readers are not working. I tried to use a brand new gift card and was told to use another card. Wasn’t able to get my order due to the malfunctioning card reader. Screw me i guess

This location never disappoints. I love breakfast all day so this is my go to spot.
We typically treat ourselves to a blast at this location. Sometimes we get our ice cream mixed, sometimes there is nothing in it. I would confidently say that at least 80% of the time, this is how our ice cream looks, and frankly I’m tired of gambling. Only a dash on the top with a sloppy version of “mixing” to fool you to thinking it’s all the way down. Two scoops in and it’s plain soft serve. After living here for 5 years and visiting this location dozens of times, I will no longer be going here. If we can’t mix ice cream, I don’t know what else is being skipped out on.
