Lazy, incompetent people. Honestly, they are out of almost everything everytime we come. One time didn't have the ingredients to make the shakes or blasts. Now they have no chicken, gravy, tater tots, not even anything to make an ocean water. The woman at the speaker is very rude and constantly tells my husband to hold on and won't come back on for 15 minutes. This place has unfortunately gone down hill since being back in Texas. Will be going to the one on West Little York.

The packaging was terrible, it literally did not have any security closure, and my smoothie came as served inside the store with a lid not suitable for delivery. I am honestly worried about ordering food to be delivered to my door because they can easily access my food.

Make sure you check your food and drinks. I came back from Sonic to just find facial hair in my drinks. This is disgusting! I will never get drinks or food from here ever again. This just shows that they don't wear proper covering. And it doesn't matter if you tip them well, the drinks taste like water! Very disappointed and disgusted.

I called again and told them I’ve been waiting for more than 45 mins and it is so ridiculous. I cannot wait any longer and I need to get refund. Poor service, bad experience.
