The sonic tried charging me $.69 for a cup of water. I said no thank you, you can keep the water.
Credit cards arenât accepted at the terminals. They have to take your credit card and scan them. But rather than going straight to the credit card machine, they walk with my credit card to the other stalls to service them. This exposed my card to fraudulent tap to pay credit card charges. Unacceptable.
My sonâs shake was served with out a straw. I asked where the straw was she said it would be out with the food. 10 minutes later the food arrives. Temperature dependent items should be served with all of the tools (straw) needed to consume at the point of delivery especially when it takes 10 minutes
My âno cheeseâ hamburger was served with cheese
From the time I placed my order and they finally got it right, 30 minutes had passed. I was one of 3 cars at the sonic

None of the payment screens work. Have to trust the worker by giving my card to pay inside. Having to repeat myself 3 or 4 times. Fix the hardware and I will change my review.

If youâre looking for a masterclass in confusion and customer neglect, this Sonic delivers. Rancid ice cream, endless waiting, and a staff so lost they had to call a GM just to process a refund. Felt less like fast food and more like slow, dismissive torture.

If I could give them a 0 star I would! Angel or Anna took our order after having to repeat it multiple times. Then the order was incorrect when the food came out. She came outside to correct the order and claimed that she wasnât taking orders and that a man was taking orders and got it incorrect. Making a mistake is human but blaming someone else and lying is not ok. Will not be back

It has been a year since we last ate at this location. Today I ordered through an app called DoorDash. The food was immaculate! Everything was ordered and given correctly, very fresh , even tried the new smash dill pickle burger, which was beautifully prepared! Last year was a horrible experience here but this time it was wonderful! Thanks for the dedication. Weâll be back!

At 8:35am they told me they had just opened & just turned on the grill so I would have wait 5-15 mins to get my burrito. But they open at 8am. Thankfully I didnât order online.
I'm there 3X a week simply because I'm addicted to the ice. I buy 2 bags at a time. And no, I'm not going to rehab however, I will accept a sonic ice machine if someone wants to be generous.đđ

Menu boards always broken, service always slow, wonât issue a refund no matter how badly an order is messed up. Please boycott until management changes or a new business is placed in this spot

Literally just ordered food from here and ordered a large groovy fry but no sauce and then I assume the manager wants to argue and say the sauce is an additional charge. How are they groovy fries without the sauce? It literally shows the sauce with the fries on your menu and I look it up if the sauce comes with it and yes free of charge with your order of groovy fries. Ridiculous not worth the time or money to argue with someone. Never again going here.
