I love the Sonic drinks because they are always refreshing on a hot day. My daughter and I stopped to get drinks while out shopping. We ordered through the app. When the server brought the drinks out to the car, they were over filled dripping down the side. To top that off no napkins were provided. Of course, there was a mess when the draws went into the cups. I had to get out of the car and walk to the window to get napkins. This was not a pleasant visit to get fun, refreshing drinks.

DO NOT ORDER ICE CREAM FROM HERE!!!!! There is always something wrong with it, wrong the nachine, or they don't have the ingredients to make the Blast! And if you place your order on the app, and you need a refund for an item or 2, it's a royal pain to get a refund. Please get your act together!!!!
The staff was patient with my indecision while I made my order. They didn't rush me unlike the McDonald's next door.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is my 2nd time having an issue at this location. I stopped by here this afternoon to get some food before going to school. The customer service was alright, I don’t have an issue with that, but I waited on my food for a good minute. When it finally came I checked my food (bc the last time it was completely burnt and I didn’t notice until I was at my destination) and to my “surprise” the popcorn chicken I ordered was completely burnt..again. I order popcorn chicken all the time at sonic and it’s never dark brown and crispy. The inside didn’t taste like chicken but like a mushy texture.
I pulled up to the drive-through window and asked if they could remake it because it was burnt and taste disgusting. They told me to pull up and they would bring me some more, I waited not too long and they brought it out and I looked in the bag and it was the same burnt popcorn chicken at this point I just accepted it and decided to never visit this location again. I also decided to leave a review, which I never do but I decided to in hopes it would help someone in the future to not go to this location. I believe they either dropped the same chicken in the fryer, and gave it back to me. Or they’re simply cooking with BAD OIL, either or I won’t visit here again.

So we went there today to get drinks we had a dirty Dr Pepper and a cherry limeade. Never had a dirty Dr Pepper before it was excellent next I’m going to get a bigger one.
