This place need a completely NEW CREW!!!
I had a time problem 3 weeks ago, sitting and waiting for almost 30 minutes of a drink. At that time I spoke with the DM who was there, he apologized, the manager supposed to had quit and he was trying to get everything in order. Well, today, 3 weeks later is the same if not worst. I placed my mobile order at 4.39pm, supposed to come out by 4.45 pm. When I got there I can see the front of that one car in the drive through, he left one minute before I got my drinks. Which was 4.58pm, this is absolutely ridiculous, 20 minutes for two drinks, which one of them was wrong, my grandson wanted half tea half lemonade which I ordered, but I only got TEA!!!! I am a very loyal customer of SONIC for over 40 years, BUT this place need a total new crew who know what they are doing. Also please look at the people who working in the kitchen. Today I see this person, I don't know if it was a young Woman or Man, running out to bring something to a car, well, this person looked like they working in a Car Mechanic place but not in a kitchen. Tshirt and pants dirty like hell, NOBODY WANT TO GET THERE FOOD MADE BY SOMEONE WEARING SO DIRTY CLOTH.
This is a big Management problem!!!!!

Placed a mobile order, one of my burgers was supposed to be plain with no cheese no nothing, went through drive thru to get it fixed and still came back with cheese. Not thorough enough with orders.

If you pay on cash they don't whatnt to return the coin change back if is $6.25 they don't return 75 change image they doing this all they who's keeping the change? One time they even ask me if I wanted my change back like what the hell so they do have it but someone is keeping it they need to check the employees on that that's all the time I go I try not to go to this sonic but is the closest one by my house

Why is he licking his fingers after he was trying to swap the drink into a different cup a little I guess had fell on his fingers after then I see him licking his fingers to him watching me watch him lick his fingers then act like nothing happens wtf why

I love the Sonic drinks because they are always refreshing on a hot day. My daughter and I stopped to get drinks while out shopping. We ordered through the app. When the server brought the drinks out to the car, they were over filled dripping down the side. To top that off no napkins were provided. Of course, there was a mess when the draws went into the cups. I had to get out of the car and walk to the window to get napkins. This was not a pleasant visit to get fun, refreshing drinks.
