I would always order from sonic but I had a bad experience a couple of months ago so I stop going. Today I did an online order for some tots. It took over 20 minutes and me moving stalls to get them to bring my order. When I got them they were under cooked ate a couple of them and then I took one out and it had green on it, I don’t know what it is but needless to say I just almost threw up. Never again.

I had order ahead of time had passed 10 minutes since the time that the app said it would be ready.i legit had to call and ask if they where open .because I saw them just standing around drinking their own drinks .and had us waiting for no reason. Since there waa no people.

This place said it was open at 1am and I saw 10 cars honk and knock and no answer! 15-20 min is crazy. Order somewhere else that will be open, waste of time

This place need a completely NEW CREW!!!
I had a time problem 3 weeks ago, sitting and waiting for almost 30 minutes of a drink. At that time I spoke with the DM who was there, he apologized, the manager supposed to had quit and he was trying to get everything in order. Well, today, 3 weeks later is the same if not worst. I placed my mobile order at 4.39pm, supposed to come out by 4.45 pm. When I got there I can see the front of that one car in the drive through, he left one minute before I got my drinks. Which was 4.58pm, this is absolutely ridiculous, 20 minutes for two drinks, which one of them was wrong, my grandson wanted half tea half lemonade which I ordered, but I only got TEA!!!! I am a very loyal customer of SONIC for over 40 years, BUT this place need a total new crew who know what they are doing. Also please look at the people who working in the kitchen. Today I see this person, I don't know if it was a young Woman or Man, running out to bring something to a car, well, this person looked like they working in a Car Mechanic place but not in a kitchen. Tshirt and pants dirty like hell, NOBODY WANT TO GET THERE FOOD MADE BY SOMEONE WEARING SO DIRTY CLOTH.
This is a big Management problem!!!!!
