We were just at Sonic with my family to get some sonic blasts Thursday night. We waited at the speaker quite a while....saying hello? Hello? Then we pulled around and there was another car at the window. We hadn't put our order in so we drove around to park and come in. As I was walking to the door a lady came out with a shake. The open sign was even lit up. Once I got inside the girl told me they were closed. I said what? We have been in line and at the speaker for quite a while....and now you tell me you are closed? She insisted they were closed and that sometimes the speaker doesn't work! I was pissed! She sat there and told me they were closed and it was only 9:15!! I even double checked the website and it says they close at 10:00 pm. This was not the only time I've had problems here. Your employees here are clueless about the menu items AND frequently mess our orders up completely. I never said anything but after Thursday I was over it! No wonder this store gets LOW reviews....management needs to step up and get this place running properly!!

Through an unfortunate chain of events I found myself ordering from this branch. It has one of the lowest scores in the entire Houston area, and they worked hard to get there. For it is: the worst Sonic location I’ve ever eaten from. The hotdog, naturally yielding itself to a horizontal delivery, was given to me stapled to the bag. Vertical. Perfect vertical. A hotdog. At least it still had all the requested ingredients, even though they were entirely located on one side now and started diffusing through the paper bag.

The true crime were the double burger and the double smash burger, usually shining beacons of culinary artistry. Each only had one (!) meat patty. I can let the mishandling of the hotdog slide, but 2 wrong items is just cheap and negligent. I love Sonic but this one hurt.

I have been to this location a few times since its close to my home…Everytime I come here the employees are rude and just standing around…No greeting…no since of purpose…I only wanted a bag of ice…this is my last time visiting this dump..Whoever owns this establishment better get a new staff before you are out of business .

I should've known not to go to a sonic without the carhop layout.... Barely any lime in my cherry limeade! And when TF did they start doin crinkle cut fries?! They wasn't even salted. My goodness 😑

I've come here for lunch before, the service was horrible. They ran out of items and had me and other clients waiting for a while. Today I came in for a drink ( happy hour) and the employee behind the counter was very rude. This was the last time I spend any money on this location. Ya'll suck! get it together! If you dont like your job, find a new one! You cant have horrible customer service at a food joint.

I don't usually write negative reviews, but we had such a bad time at this "fast" food place I have to share. Sunday night during dinner hours and we had incredibly slow service, spent 17 minutes AFTER paying, waiting at the window. Our whole experience from ordering on was nearly half an hour. No other customers inside either.

Upon getting to the window, the cashier said "you're the one with the big order right?" and then confirmed our "big" order of two basic burger combos plus three kids tenders meals. They then took forever to prepare our food, never once checking in on us, nor saying something like "sorry for the wait" over fifteen minutes after our last interaction.

To top it off, they forgot to take off pickles and mustard from my wife's order.

We stopped by Sonic because we were in a rush. We won't be doing that again any time soon. So much for their old slogan "Service with the Speed of Sound".

There's always something wrong with my order - either the item is not made right or it is missing. They should just pack it up and replace this place with something else.

Is was simply horrible. One of the employees having to what appeared a personal conversation on the phone and the cook prepared the food with no gloves touching my tater tots with her hand and on her cell phone most of the time. The only employee working was trying to take care of the drive thru and lobby customers. And the few customers in the lobby having to wait to place orders. Good customer service is just gone.
