Slowest sonic in northwest
Houston!!!! I order ahead to wait 10 minutes. Just so I can go to the window and demand my order. What am I ordering ahead of time for if the drive through line is faster?

Refuses to take late orders by ignoring customers completely and hoping they’ll give up and go away, or by randomly claiming they’re closed earlier than posted hours.
Someone's they get it right,and sometimes they don't. It's more of a hit and miss. Sometimes it's hot and sometimes it's not.

I was the only one in line at 10:30pm took 15mins to get my food. Not sure what was going on but it never took this long to get my food. May just be the location and workers unfortunately.

Sat in two different stalls waiting for someone to come over the intercom. No one came over to say hey where not doing stalls drive thru only. That was a good 5 mins at each stall. First stall seemed messed up screen was glitched moved to another one sat there as I watch the drive thru line move. One car was behind me at all stall. Then I’m being shouted at thru the drive thru speaker saying drive thru only,as I’m sitting at the stall waiting to be answered at the stall. Pull to the drive thru, out of corn dogs. Waiting in line for my drink and the car that was behind me got served. I asked when do you stop serving the stalls he said it was DoorDash. Now I do DoorDash once you get the food you pull off as soon as you get the food. Car never left. As I waited for my order behind another car. Always having problem with this sonic. Definitely go to a different sonic.

This location sucks. Cashiers/drive-thru employees wearing undershirts (no uniform), wait is atrocious (20+ minutes), and food is both served cold and should be used for bacteria culture modeling - not consumption.
Sonic WAS my favorite fast food franchise, but this location is a complete joke. Good luck Elevate - hope you double the amount of restaurant locations you ruin next year.

Slowest Sonic ever. Staff have attitudes. Orders are wrong about half the time. Worst run and managed Sonic and this is all the time. Worst managed Sonic ever. I would go to another one if there was one close.

Arturo zuniga the manager was trying to charge me almost $5 for a wagcup (pup up) when I told him that the price is usually less than $1.39 with tax he said sonic doesn't do wagcups.

Jeremiah was awesome. I drove from the Washington Ave location after not receiving service at all this time and crappy service the very first time. This location was professional and quick. I could tell Jeramiah was tired but was still super professional, friendly and speedy while servicing me. Thank you so much.

Omg really!!!! I paid $11 plus tax for a combo to be burnt and look like this horrible service when you were making my food you knew what my burger look like I would not recommend anyone coming here I could not even finish my combo waste of money. I threw it away. I regret coming here

I’ve never been to a worser Sonic than this location. When did Sonic stop mixing their slushes and start putting all of the flavor/real fruit/ at the bottom? I can’t even enjoy a slush I get because I finish all the flavor first and left with 40 oz of just the regular slush mix. This is very sad and lazy on this location and its employees. SMH.
