Go anywhere else. Anywhere. Worst employees, I have no idea why I keep thinking they can't get any worse, and they find a way. One star is too many

Update: 3 years later. Still just as bad. Why did I go back? They messed up my order through the mobile app, and now it's impossible to get a refund. This place should be torn down and turned into a convenience store

I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single patty. This is the first time this has happened. How can this be corrected. Its too late to go back and no one answered the phone when I called back. 8:20 to 8:30pm and order thru app.

I rushed to sonic right before 11am to get the drink special. I was told the .99 cent drink stops at 10am. 🤔 I had to show them on Google it says 11am. I also said other locations said the same. I was disappointed but I finally got my drink. So I gave them 3 stars for not keeping up with the specials.

What is wrong with your employees? Why would you put a hot dog with toppings In a bag standing straight up so now the toppings are all over the place and everything. And then the employee was not that nice. I'm sorry you don't like your job. Go get another one if you don't like your job but I don't understand why you have to treat other people the way you do because you're miserable

I placed an order online and it was totally wrong. In addition, it took a long time for my order to be delivered even though there was no line in the drive and was only one other car waiting at a stall. I ordered a 4 count mozzarella cheese sticks, Jr breakfast burrito and a medium diet dr pepper. I didn't receive my drink. I received a small and once I drove off I realized I had received 3 orders of cheese sticks. Never will stop here again.

Fantastic service. Our order had some confusion due to something misheard over the intercom. The general manager took the initiative to double check, apologize for the error, refund us and gave us two drinks complimentary. GM went above and beyond and we really appreciated it.

Tried to make this not public but there was no straightforward way to contact through the site.

This is the second time it's happened, can a manager or someone from corporate train people on how to mix a Sonic Blast please? Look at it, more than half of it is just straight ice cream. Also I don't know if things have changed in the last 10-15 years, but they definitely used to have whipped cream and a cherry and also both times they did neither and insisted that they use whipped cream on shakes, not Sonic Blasts.

It sounds nitpicky, but if you're charging like $5 for a small then at least make it correctly and not make your customers feel like they're being scammed. This alone will keep me from spending more than $2 on anything from a Sonic again.

Also there was no one else in the drive thru or anywhere else at the time of our visit, so it's not like they had a rush to deal with in making these.

Unfortunately, because I live in the area, this is the closest one to me. What I know for SURE is that their customer service is almost non existent. They are extremely rude .

Probably the worst sonic I've ever ordered from. Food took almost an hour, double burgers were only one patty, the slushie was the wrong flavor and the blast was only half filled in the cup. Go to another location.
