We can for the first time. Ordered fajita and it was bland, no seasoning at all. Very cheap on rice and beans WTH. They only gave me one tortilla and my boyfriend small size tortillas lol. The restaurant is cute and service is awesome.

Soto's offers excellent food and drinks (try the Kiwi Rita) along with prompt and friendly service. It's VERY busy on Friday and Saturday nights, so make a reservation of you can - between the close-set tables and the too-loud music, don't expect much conversation with your friends unless you're willing to shout at each other. Still, a favorite spot for Tex-Mex and the quality never disappoints.

Way too loud to even have conversations. Asked them to turn it down and they did but some manager turned it back on again. Service was slow, food took forever and was cold. Probably wouldn't have been so bad if we could have heard ourselves talk and not lay attention to how long it was taking
