OMG!! I went this past Saturday, and the food was a 10/10. I got the fried Catfish, fried shrimp, mac and cheese, spaghetti & conrbread. Everything was delicious! Will be going back soon, when I'm in the H. And the Fish was fried to perfection. It didn't have that fishy taste and it was not rubbery. And i went to the Westheimer location.

We ordered a whiting basket and a plate. After we ordered, we were told that they were out of the fish. #bummer
We switched to catfish plate and shrimp basket. The Mac and cheese was salty. The okra was over cooked. The catfish had a weird after taste.
The shrimp basket was fine.

Humble,TX food truck off 1960 was good, Mac n Cheese could use more cheese However the next day my stomach was hurting turns out that I had food poisoning which is very disappointing because this was go be my go to spot. Please be careful of who food you eat.

This food truck was at an apartment complex. After the lady from Chicago been counting money and didn’t have change for my $50 dollar bill until somebody bought something and my order was $34 dollars. I seen her pick up cornbread and put it in somebody plate. I said hey why she doing that. She should should wear gloves or something. I was told it’s cool and imagine what you don’t see. Huh? Then the lady later grabed a rag from somewhere and said I wiped my hands off. The money counting hands? No washing? I was feeling uneasy about my cornbread and the whole order at that point. Luckily I’m mature now. I would have demanded my money back or threw the food at them if they didn’t give it to me. I don’t like that at all. I just threw the food away and bought something else from somewhere else. That’s so disrespectful.

It took a little while for the food to be ready but they were very nice and even gave us free sodas to make up for the wait.Everything was pretty good, mac and cheese was quite cheesy and tasty and I enjoyed the cornbread. The cabbage was a bit salty but everything was quite yummy.

Soooo disappointed tonight my husband got the chance to order this we recently moved here from NY snd the mac n cheese tasted like smushy kraft or boxed velveeta the cabbage was crunchy we never got our yams the chicken did remind me of Chinese fried chicken from back home that was the best part but i had a few people wait on my opinion do they could try it unfortunately im not recommending
