Normally in the morning time I love a great kolache and donut got to this place there was 10 homeless people outside asking for money went inside didn't wait very long but the kolaches were not even warm the donuts were cold it's exactly the opposite of what they should be the kolaches they put some sort of sugar glaze on the top of them which is not a kolache it was okay at best did not have a great experience with this I love to eat breakfast I'm a fat guy did...
I love Southern Maid Donuts since Hurricane Ike. It serves best donut in Chinatown. The donuts kept fresh even hours after I bought them, unlike another donut chain Shipley 400 feet away. These delicious and fresh donuts make my family happy. Oh, they have kolaches, too! Be an early bird, they close at 1 pm.
