Service was excellent as well as fast. Burger was that perfect home made taste but still had a uniform feel, not messy. Fries and onion rings were beautiful, cooked perfectly and the beer batter was awesome. Tables, bathroom, etc were clean. 10/10

Tried coming to this place for the first time and it was the worst experience I could ask for. Our card is on the older side and needs to be swiped a few times or with a piece of receipt paper for it to be picked up by the card reader. With that being said the dude started talking to us as if we were begging for food or something, his tone and demeanor were extremely rude. We were willing to pay the $17 for each burger meal but with attitudes like the one we dealt with it was just not worth even trying. Kinda makes me wonder if this place is as dead as it is due to the lack of proper customer service.

I had never been here before and was impressed by the nice dining area. It was spacious, clean, and plenty of seating. The burger was good, but certainly not the best I have had for the money. I had the avocado burger with fries and rootbeer for $20. I would go there again and perhaps not get a drink in order to keep the cost down.

Love the place. Been going for years because we used to have our European car meets there. It's also nice of the staff to let us be there every first Friday of the month to take over the parking lot and serving so many people.

It was very quiet in there because of it being the night before Thanksgiving but we were grateful for their yummy cheeseburgers! Fast service as well! Definitely recommend!

I had a bacon cheese burger with jalapeño s and waffle fries. The cheeseburger was loaded with bacon and jalapeños. It was so good. I would definitely go back.
Parking: Plenty of spaces for parking.
Wheelchair accessibility: Has a concrete ramp for wheelchair accessibility.
Was not worth the $35 we spent. The burger was stale and the chili tasted super old! My husband’s veggie patty was decent which is the only reason I gave them 2 stars. We were even given our ice cream dessert first and then our food 20mins later (that made no sense). Will not be visiting again.

Location on Taylor is nice. The location on W. Holcombe gives old-time slavery vibes - the pictures on the wall disturb me to my core.
