Space Craft BBQ (@ MOTU Space Port) is the best BBQ in H-town, offering a central Texas BBQ taste with a modern H-town flare. It's a new addictive spot that sometimes sells out before customers can get there. The pork belly basket and pork belly burnt ends are standouts, with everything being super tasty and the service being top-notch. And now, the brisket sandwich is a must-try, offering no small portion and great BBQ. The Machete sandwich with chopped beef and beans is also excellent. The slaw is a highlight. Free beer is a bonus.
