I’ve been eating the burgers and fries for 10 years. Love the food. Tried the new location recently and was dissapointed to learn staff isn’t given the tips which are left for them. Why include the option to tip if not given to staff? Food is good. Management is questionable. Stop withholding tips from staff.

The cashier needs to learn customer service. I called the order in and I still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. She complained I “snatched†my card out of her hand. I asked for drinks and she didn't place it with my order. She was speaking to the cook who also was giving me looks. Customer service it terrible!!! It was my first and last time to purchase from that establishment.

The place is in total disrepair. The ladies toilet room has stalls that don't lock and toilet seats that are either missing or broken. The ceiling is covered in leak stains and cabinets are falling apart. There is evidence of mold as well especially from around the ductwork. The staff is nice but I shudder to think how bad the back of the house is and how poorly the owner must treat them. This place makes it look like Dairy Queen is going out of business. The owner of this franchise obviously doesn't care about appearances or maintenance and is making the whole franchise look bad. It's been like this for years and it's getting worse.

It takes 45 minutes to get your order! It's always busy when trying to call your order in, you have to keep calling and calling! On Friday, I ordered 2 seafood platters and got charged 38 dollars and only got fish and fries! Check your order before leaving! When I called them back they said they were out of shrimp... nevertheless, they still charged me seafood platter price. I will never order from them again!

The food was excellent, the burger was hugh i ate only half of it for lunch and the rest later, it was priced well, however, I noticed the cashier is a bit rude and we had to wait a long time for our food, overall, the food was great but service is bad, she talks to people rude and poor customer service. five stars for the food not service.
