Sparkles Burger & Daiquri

Bacon cheese burger was SMACKIN! First time here and didn't feel very welcome by the host... I was not a fan of the chili cheese fries. However, I will mos def be back for another burger tho ?

I ordered chicken tenders with large fries and hamburger with fries I received my food and I have 8 fries total on both plates I know that definitely can’t be large and then they want not charge me 4 for extra fries the little girl who took my order didn’t tell me the tenders don’t come with large fries I asked to speak to the manager she refused flat out said NO this use to be an excellent place to get food from but lately the service and food has been unacceptable I guess customers don’t matter just charge you more money and unacceptable food !!!!

The food is sooooooooo good. If you're looking for a big tasty (seasoned) messy burger (one you might make at home?) they've got you. The fries are thick, just shy of being a potato wedge. It's so good, I go at least once when I'm in town. I would say a must try if you like good old school burgers.

The only downside is that the place is small, so I call my order in to go. It also takes a while, fresh and made to order (abt 30ish min).

Just like when I was a kid. Quaint little spot breakfast was great and grits were perfect! Not too runny or too hard

Finally got over to try, it's been on my list of oldest restaurants in Houston I've been working through.
I got the chicken tenders and waffle: taste was great, service was quick, and the value was excellent!
Will be happy to visit again next time I'm in the area ?

Slowest service ever. Food is EXTREMELY salty. waited an hour for food.

Just spent $46.03 on food you cannot eat at all. All $46.03 truly a waste.
The bun on the burgers is so wet and soggy it can’t even be held without turning mushy. We got 2 burgers the same and both not edible

The bacon cheese fries were $8.50 and either the cheese or the sour cream is soured. You can smell the vinegary soured smell when you open it: the taste even worse. The entire 2 burger meals with fries & the bacon cheese fries went to waste.

The koolaid is ok. Very sweet, but expected.

Literally take all my money, this place is so good ?

I love this place, but you may have to wait 'bout 20-25 minutes for your food. Don't worry, it's worth it. I live their home fries. I always get the double meat (16 oz) burger. So many ways to have it, at Sparkles. This time, I got the mushroom with guacamole. Oh my...........

Great food amazing people good service. I left my purse there from Friday to Sunday and they took care of it for me until I came back and got it.
