Second time trying Spicy Girl and it did not disappoint! First time we ordered to-go and even just picking it up, I knew right away this was a spot I needed to come back and enjoy in person. The dine-in experience was just as good (if not better) small, cute, vibey atmosphere that makes the food hit even harder.
The food? đ„ Flavor-packed both times, exactly what you want from Sichuan cuisine. And then thereâs Kim our server; LOVED HER! Hands down one of the highlights of the night. Full of life, hilarious, and just a joy to be around. Honestly, she's another reason weâll be coming. back.
Now, letâs talk parking⊠itâs street parking only and on a Saturday night it can feel like survival of the fittest. Between Spicy Girl being busy and the popular pizza spot across the street, âyou have to get in where you fit in.â Worth it though, because once youâre inside, itâs all good vibes and spicy goodness.

My husband and I had a wonderful dinner here to celebrate his birthday. He ordered pork with garlic sauce and I had Sichuan beef. We each loved our dishes and really enjoyed trying the other's food, each dish tasted so unique. We split a soup with the most amazing broth, our server was so sweet and kind. I wish I lived in Houston to eat here more!
