The quality of the lamb meat is not the best.The string beans were not that fresh with tough and thick skin.The shrimps in the shrimp fried rice were tiny.

If you offend me, you've kicked the bucket. What kind of shabby shop can still be open to this day? In the past, we just ignored the yin and yang customers, but if we still don’t change now, are we really treating our customers as fools? As soon as we entered the door, we asked if we could sit at a big table. It was noon on a weekday and there were almost no customers. The waiter directly said, "How about a big table for two people?" Can't you just say no? There was very little rice. It took several rounds of meals for the two of us before we were full. The waiter said angrily, "Ah, you are here to eat rice." Why am I not here to eat? I didn't finish the last round and there were still leftovers, so I wanted to take them away. The waiter said, "So you want so much rice to take away?" There was no proactive service at all, and he was very deliberately sarcastic and irritating to the guests. The service in this store is really terrible, from the past to the present!

Been coming to this place for years. The quality of food is there but the service is just getting worse. Called in at 2:50pm to order lunch special. The server told me lunch special ends at 2:45pm but on your menu it says 3pm. Get it right! And the younger lady that’s there always has an attitude.

Not enough cleanliness but who cares if food is good but terrible service have to ask for soya sauce hot sauce inside was good worse thing was how these women behaved first she gave me the bill for 32.38 then I said I'm paying apple she gave me the next bill for 29.90+ tax $32.38. That's what said you have to pay tip and I said I will pay cash. I asked her for two box to take out. The other lady came with the box and started asking me to give her the tip and she said it so many time, and in front of every other people next to us it was really embarrassing that this two women were asking for the tip.crazy

First time coming here with my boyfriend. The appetizer steamed chicken in chili oil was amazing, as well as the shredded beef with chili peppers. We enjoyed our meal very much and our server was also very kind. We will definitely be coming back!

If you love food with zero flavor, and customer service that is practically nonexistent, this place is for you. I don’t like to give low ratings but I’d believe it would be criminal to not speak my truth.

This place used to be one of my favorites and was hands down the best hunan spot in Chinatown but they switched the chef and now the food isn’t the same. My favorites are not as good as they used to be and I’m very disappointed. Some of their dishes are still ok but that’s not what I come to a restaurant to eat, food that’s just ok.
