Chinese-American fast food is a staple in the fast-paced life of many Americans. So, it is no surprise that Spring China Cafe seems to have a thriving business.I ordered the Hunan Beef (B9), which was sweet and savory. The fresh bell peppers and broccoli are a great touch. Arrived at 11:30 am. First ones there. Ordered six plates. House special fried rice, pork lo mein, pork egg foo young, mixed vegetables, Mongolian beef, and teriyaki chicken...and chose fried rice with the three main entrees. Food came out quickly and was exceptional. Loved the brown sauce! Service was fantastic.
Nice quiet atmosphere, smells clean! The food is really good, I like how the vegetables are fresh and not soggy like some places that tend to over cook them. The wings are crunchy and so are the egg rolls but they're not greasy. The food came out quickly.
