Very clean place and friendly staff. The food is always great.
Drove all the way to this location only to find out is is closed. Went down the street to Pappas BBQ.
To go has nice packaging but way too big for such a small amount of food...Not Texas size for sure.
Oh my goodness. From the 5 or 6 guys playing on the front line, to the jalapeno peppers with dark brown seeds, to the shriveled up pickle slices, to the packs of butter that was dirty, to the cold "warm" rolls, to the fountain drinks that tasted old, I just kept falling deeper into disbelief. I had to stir the bbq sauce myself because it had "settled" and looked horrible and tasted old. It wasnt a great experience. At all.
If I could give this location zero stars I would. I ordered a salad to go. Went to open it and all the lettuce was brown. I called to let them know and to inform them that I won’t be able to come back because i work nights. Michael Koenig said
Love the rolls!!!! Free Blue Bell on Sunday. The marbled brisket is incredibly tender, and the sausage is great too. Free refills on side orders with a plate.
Was here on work business and stopped in. Definitely the best bbq that we tried in our stay. Don't pass this place up.
Enjoyed a wonder plate of bbq platter of brisket and sausage accompanied by veggies in a buffet line, then a great hot bread. Young lady wanders around the restaurant delivering freshly baked rolls and then to end meal delivers a huge scoop of Blue Bell vanilla ice cream in a frosted dessert goblet..reasonable pricing. Friendly atmosphere. . Returned during for huge baked potato....apparently hot bun and ice cream amenities are weekend....but meal still a great experience...yum
Walked by almost everyday for a year with my dog. Great place yet alot of cops done here jfyi
We have business meetings there, the food is okay...but the thugs in the area are breaking out car windows while customers eat inside. They need to provide their guests with security in the parking lot. If not, I don't see this location remaining open.

Gave it a chance but it was rather bland. Liked the fact they offer the brisket as lean and cut off the fat though.
Edit: Corporate reached out and did ask to give another try. The second time I went, I did have better service. They made ne feel like they cared.
The worse customer service. We didn't even get our food and the guy cutting the brisket was just rude! No smiles, basically "what do you want" then tossed the plate, luckily it didn't fall from the top counter and put down a number without saying what it was for. No one was in the area for sides so We just told the guy "sorry, never mind, we're gonna go ahead and leave". We did.
Good pork ribs, fair prices, lovely atmosphere.
I used to love to eat there especially during the week for lunch. However, they must have done something to the recipe for the brisket. It is so salty. Customer service is still superb as is the cole slaw and bar b q sauce, but I will have to go to Rudy's unless they cut down on the salt. There are other seasonings you know!
