Corporate office did us a great deal of customer appreciation in response to a complaint from the 2920 location. And we returned, but only to this location. They get it right every time. Particularly the southwest salad with Jalapeño ranch. They give you the options of onions, pickles and peppers as well as providing you with bread!

I placed an order for a baked potato with chopped beef. I went to pick it up and paid exactly $19.66. I did not check my order because I usually went to that restaurant and trusted that what I paid for would be correct without opening it. When I arrived home, the chopped beef was missing, so I called to explain what had happened, and an employee told me that he personally made it and that the order was complete.
At that moment I became very upset and drove back, which took me 15 minutes, and showed them the baked potato. The manager, Colton, told me he was going to remake it, but instead I asked for a refund in advance and told them they could review the cameras and see that the meat had never been added to the baked potato.
He took the order and, while they were laughing sarcastically in my face, he brought it back. When I saw that attitude and how unprofessional they were by laughing that way, I told him to give me my money back. He flatly refused because, according to him, it would cause a loss to the restaurant.
In conclusion, I have been going there for many years, but the quality has gone down, and it is almost always empty, which makes me believe they urgently need a change of management because only very young and immature people work there. I lost my $19.66 because the manager refused to refund it. And what upset me the most was that they insisted the meat was there and laughed sarcastically in my face. That kind of attitude is unacceptable, and that is why I decided not to take the food, because with that behavior I do not expect anything good.

I always visit this spot when here for a work trip. The food is great, and the fresh out the oven rolls being handed out are a nice touch!

$28 for two sliced beef sandwiches. I thought maybe the serving size was robust. No, just a regular sized sandwich for $14.

The visit was fine and the food was well prepared. Meat portions tend to be variable and today the combo brisket and sausage portion was skimpy. Today's visit to the to-go counter was positive. I experienced quick, friendly service today. When they are busy, service at the to-go counter tends to be inefficient. The usual experience is that hot food is bagged and shelved without thinking about the customer that is waiting and standing in front of them.
The rewards program is great!

There are various BBQ places around where we live but we usually come here because the kids love the bread. To our surprise that we didn’t get any bread with our meal but the family after us did. I ask for some bread but the young butcher said he didn’t have enough. I asked the lady who is in charge of baking the bread and she gave me a 5min wait time. After we waited they proceeded to package all the bread and said we couldn’t have any and said to wait another 15mins. My 4 year was sad that he couldn’t even get one fresh bread and my other son couldn’t get his baby back ribs because they were out of that too. I miss the location on 1960, we never had a problem there.
Unlimited rolls are the bomb! Today's meal was ok. They have really cut down on the portions. I get it. The brisket didn't have a smoke ring and was alright. They ran out of baked potatoes, and the wife wanted a chopped baker.

We had plans for my mom’s 50th birthday at another restaurant that ended up telling us two hours before that we wouldn’t have access to the private room we booked. We were frantically calling places to try and accommodate a fairly large party at the last minute on a Saturday night. This restaurant and their management team were able to give us their whole side room, let us rearrange tables, decorate, and even had the manager come an introduce themselves to me. After losing my mind not knowing what to do for my mom’s birthday, they swooped in and saved the day. I wanted to thank you guys again for how accommodating you all were and how nice y’all were to me. You saved a 50th birthday, and her daughter’s sanity. Thank you again!!
