The staff at this location is super friendly and professional. I go to this location often to dine in and went to pick up some food and the staff was just as friendly as if I was dining in , if you want a true southern hospitality barbecue restaurant experience this is the place. My experience was so great I had to call the manager Keton and tell him that his staff was doing an excellent job. This location gets 5 stars from me.
Absolutely love the brisket sandwiches at Spring Creek BBQ — they never fail! The brisket is always cooked just the way I like it: nice, juicy, and super tender. I really appreciate that they offer both lean and fatty pieces, and the mix of both makes every sandwich perfect.
Great flavor, great portions, and great prices. This place is definitely a go-to for me whenever I’m craving good BBQ. Highly recommend!

The food is good, but nothing special about it.
However, the place is going down slowly.
The service is at best average.
Tables stay dirty a long time. People working there talking and joking while customers are trying to find a clean table.
The covers of the seats in the booths are broken and not very clean.
Last time I was there, the silverware was all with stains and fingerprints.
