6 pm was the dead zone. Was so obvious that employees were ready to go home you could feel it. Walked in and was told only had lean meat in the guy only had like a little 6 inch piece of meat on the cutting board after questioning it and then asking what time they close which is 9 PM. He brought out a fresh brisket and acted like he just found out And whoever the guy wearing all black terrible if he’s a manager horrible. Setting the example for all the employees it was very uncomfortable to eat here, but we did it anyways and we will not be back. This was a very disturbing experience. And food was just OK corn was mushy. We’re not expecting like five star for that kind of money. You would think that you put your best foot forward.

I've visited this restaurant before. Their barbecue is excellent... at least by my tastes. The fresh bread/rolls are awesome. Give this place a try!!
I like that place because of the rolls there that have a special flavor of freshly baked bread. But we were there, we finished eating and they never brought us bagels.

Sunday afternoon 10/27/2024, family decides at the last minute they want BBQ. Ran to Spring Creek for the $69.95 family pack and a rack of ribs $19.95. The menu states this family pack will feed 3-4. Even with rack of ribs the serving sizes were very weak. Now for the truth. I wasted $95.00 at this joint. They need a new Pit Master so badly it hurts. The BBQ was terrible! The brisket fell apart, it was overcooked and had no pull to it, the ribs were also overcooked and tasteless. Ribs are so easy to cook. My wife cracked us all up when she said the sausage has the same consistency as bologna. The potato salad was good. The beans were bathed in so much BBQ sauce, we could not eat them. The mac & cheese was lacking as well. I will not visit another Spring Creek again with their fake BBQ. I will either cook my own as I normally do or visit an independent BBQ store where they take pride in their quality.
Thursday 10/31/2024. Received a response from the store. Not sure if it was from the HWY 6 N store manager. It was the identical lame response that he has given everyone. Just goes to show you that he is a weak manager with no leadership skills and certainly does not care about the quality of the food as a lot of the reviews are in-line with mine. Shame on Spring Creek Upper Management. When they have to start closing stores, they probably won't even understand why!!!
