Long time customer. I am very disappointed in today’s cupcakes. Purchased a custom box of cupcakes for a birthday celebration and they were awful. They were very dry and fell apart. Normally, Sprinkles’ cupcakes are moist and enjoyable and our expectations were just that. Unfortunately, it was completely the opposite. One even had the flavor of cardboard as if it were left in a box overnight, not sure how else to explain it. May not return after tonight’s experience.

I don’t know if it’s because I ordered a day in advance but these cupcakes are hard as bricks. I know this is not normal because I’ve had them before. They tasted old. I thought they were baked fresh daily they were not fresh at all. Not a fan.

I don't live in the city anymore, so it's been a while since I've visited Sprinkles. Today, I had an appointment in town, and the facility was literally a block away from the Westhiemer location. I thought it would be a crime to go home without at least getting my old favorite red velvet cupcake. Boy was I wrong! First, I had to deal with the same old parking fiasco. I circled the building several times before finally getting a parking spot. I enter the store & instead of a warm greeting, I get a loud, angry, interrogation-like "You picking up an order?" I asked for 2 cupcakes & pay at the kiosk. She quickly boxes & bags my cupcakes & rudely throws the bag on the counter & says "There you go!" and walks off to the back of the store. Worst customer experience I've ever had at ANY Sprinkles location. Fast-forward to the evening when I decide to enjoy a cupcake. To say I'm disappointed is definitely an understatement. I don't know what changes have taken place since my prior visit, but I can say they're not for the better. Tasted horrible! The flavor is not the same at all. Won't be going back ... EVER!

The associate was very rude. We called for curbside and she hung up on us. We went in to pick it up and I asked her if she could remove the receipt as a friend had ordered for us because it was our gender reveal and she ripped it off the bag with the biggest attitude.

Completely dry and hard !

Went to the rice village location 9/30 and the cupcakes were extremely moist and fresh .

Came to the westheimer location 10/4 and again cupcakes were dry .

Wont be back here .

The cupcakes were disappointing. (I ordered 4 different kinds) Despite their attractive appearance, they were extremely dry and lacked moisture, making each bite completely unenjoyable. This is my third try with sprinkles and each time it has been money wasted. I will not be returning and do not recommend.

I love Sprinkles in general but I was faced with the worst ever service when I came in just now. When asking one simple question about the red velvet cupcake, I got back a deadpanned, snarky response. I ended up not getting anything and just walking out because who talks to customers like that unprovoked…

Been a while since I been here and to my surprise it's nothing as it was. Both cupcakes I got were dry and seemed like they have been there for days. I wish I had read the reviews before coming here I wasted my treat day on this. Super annoyed as I tried eating I had crumbs of cake fall all over because it was super dry. Please dont go here. There are plenty of other places to visit. I wouldn't go back. I hope they go back to the rich and moist cupcakes otherwise customers will eventually catch on and business will decline.
