I love that's it's a hole in the wall, they make their simit from scratch. I've never eaten here since it's so far but I do take a 40 min drive just for the simit

Star Pizzeria’s lahmacun and simit bagel are absolutely the best—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. Their soups are excellent, comforting, and full of flavor. And the pides? Simply amazing! Everything is cooked to perfection, and the quality is outstanding. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for delicious, authentic Turkish food with great service and a welcoming atmosphere.
