There is false information listed here that wasted my time. It clearly says dine in. And there are photos showing indoor and outdoor seating. But when I went there it is only a counter inside, no seats whatsoever. And a drive thru. You cannot sit down in this place. I wasted time going here due to wrong information

I recently visited this Starbucks drive-thru and had a rather unusual experience. I asked to purchase a small glass of hot water, but the barista refused, citing “security concerns” about a history of hot water violence in the neighborhood. I’ve never heard of such incidents at a Starbucks, but if hot water truly presents a safety risk, then wouldn’t hot coffee—often served at even higher temperatures—be just as dangerous? Curiously, I’ve seen other reviews mentioning that this location has a reputation for serving lukewarm coffee. Perhaps this is part of their overall safety strategy?

It might be very dangerous to be a barista in this particular neighborhood, and no one deserves to be a victim of hot water crimes, as rare as they may be. (Hot water criminal behavior is not okay. Doesn’t matter the barista’s race, gender, age, disability, income, religion, or country of origin. As is the law. All hot water crimes should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law, and regular hot water crime perpetrators may be sent to serve time in a correctional facility.)

After waiting in the drive-thru for approximately 15 minutes, I decided to make the most of my time and requested a pupcup for my cat who was patiently waiting in my lap. Surprisingly, the barista refused pupcup service for my cat, and stated that Starbucks had discontinued pupcups entirely. But a quick search on my phone after leaving the drive-thru revealed that the barista’s claim was actually not true, suggesting that the refusal might have been more about a vindictive attitude rather than official policy.

This experience left me feeling quite unwelcome. It genuinely seemed like the barista—and perhaps the staff as a whole—were not interested in my business. I chose not to share the barista’s name here, out of respect for their privacy. However, I do plan to discuss this interaction with the manager.

Unfortunately, I’ve noticed a pattern at some Starbucks locations where a hostile atmosphere towards customers often precedes closures. If there’s a real problem with hot water violence at this particular location, then perhaps it’s a sign of a deeper issue to be investigated. I hope management looks into this to ensure a better experience for both customers and staff.

My coffee was room temperature. It had more sweetener than I requested. My grilled cheese sandwich was room temperature and greasy. This is the 2nd time I have visited this location and my coffee was not hot.

Ive actually never been disappointed with Starbucks until today. I came in and was left waiting for about several minutes while the staff members were standing idle looking at me. Eventually someone came to take my order. I felt like the person taking my order was not trained properly in providing customer service. I’ve been to many Starbucks locations and they always provided appropriate customer service. The way I was helped, I had to do a double take on whether or not I was at a Starbucks or some other mediocre coffee franchise. Her customer service was not up to par with the standards I hold Starbucks at. My visit was on November 24th, 2024 at around 1:45pm. In addition, I received my Starbucks cold brew with a shot of expresso, which tasted like watered down black coffee. I always order this and know it doesn’t taste like this. Instead of the staff standing there idly and chatting in the back, they could have paid more attention to perfecting my drink. I hope this can be resolved and rectified. I might not want to stop by this franchise anymore after today’s experience. I felt like I wasted my money for something I could have made myself at home.

DONT COME HERE!!!!!! if you’re going to go inside the store. They close the inside whenever they feel like it. You’ll order your drinks and food through the app then when you go to get it, they’re closed. They’ll tell you to walk around and wait in the drive through which is beyond DANGEROUS!! Yeah, let me walk to the drive through window for a car to run me over! This place is a disgrace, and corporate will do nothing for the inconvenience. They also stole my money and didn’t give me a refund!!!!!

This location has really good service and the baristas always have good drink recommendations when I’ve asked. They don’t have restroom or seating but it’s perfect for downtown where you wanna just grab and go.
