Ordered a refresher and went inside to pick it up…and the employee served me said drink with a dirtied cup that touched the floor. He neither washed his hands nor used a cleaner cup. Immediately discarded said drink. Who drinks out of a dirtied cup?

I ordered drinks because of the Red Cup promotion. They told me they had it, but when I picked up my order, they said it was out of stock. They wouldn’t let me cancel because they had already made the drinks. I really don’t like the holiday flavors, so I feel like I’ve been misled. I won’t be coming back here.

Such an excellent and kind team! They deserve praise for sure. I ran down to this shop after getting the boot for falling asleep on a bus so despite having no money, I had a thermos and asked if they could give me something quick to wake me up and in no time, this barista had a perfect refresher for me that I'll be eternally grateful for. Not only are they kind but the place looks amazing, the vibes and the location are exquisite. I can only assume the food is just as quality as the drinks, the. Place and the people are. So make sure you experience this Starbucks!!

I just got a bad experience with the guy attending the drive thru today around 3 pm, I believe if he is dealing with ppl he needs to be patient. He got my order confused with the size and I told him to make a new one instead of wasting the wrong order but he did not like that he sounds arrogant like he don’t like to be there.
I always go this location but next time I’m going have to try somewhere else. 09/14/2024
