I was at your Starbucks recently, trying to enjoy a treat with my puppy and record a short video of them enjoying a pup cup. Unfortunately, the associate on duty made a scene and made us feel unwelcome.
I was shocked by the reaction, as I expected a friendly and accommodating environment, especially since my actions were harmless and simply meant to capture a sweet moment. This experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable.
I hope Starbucks can address this incident with your team and ensure that all customers and their pets are treated with kindness and respect in the future.

I usually order my coffee here, but my last visit was very disappointing. I placed my order online and waited near the pickup area for about 10 minutes without anyone noticing me. Eventually, I walked up and asked about my drink, showed my order, and the barista said she was making it. She started preparing the cup, added syrup, and then left it sitting for another 5 minutes without explaining the delay.
After waiting even longer with no update, I asked to cancel my order. Instead of apologizing, the barista casually told me to cancel “over there.” The manager, who had been walking back and forth eating cake, looked at my cup, made a dismissive comment that he could have handled it, and then processed my refund again, with no apology for the poor service or the delay.
Overall, the lack of attention, professionalism, and basic courtesy made this a very frustrating experience. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way.

Ordered a pumpkin cream chai tea latte and it had no cream foam and no chai just iced coffee and whipped cream with cinnamon. I asked for a receipt and the girl tells me we dont have receipt paper its on your phone. This happened today 8/27/25 at 2 pm. She seemed in a hurry but thats how you mess peoples things up.

This Starbucks always has a line BUTTTT does a wonderful job at keeping it moving so we get our coffee pretty quickly. Our baristas are always in a light and happy mood which is nice. Thank you!

Omg RAIN is so awesome, I’m hoping I’m spelling her name correctly. But she’s so warm on the mic for drive through like. Really made my Friday pleasant and she’s so cheerful. Like she most definitely deserves a raise or some kind of praise. I’ve had her twice before this time and each time she was so kind vs another girl there who is kinda salty I understand food service sucks because I’ve worked it but Rain is the example

My experience of Starbucks is awesome with professionals like Jessie and Erick. They are maestros in what they do. All other staff are customer centric!

I made a purchase with a birthday gift card that was my daughter’s. 25$ card. My total was 16$. The barista had the nerve to ask if I wanted my remaining balance and told me was 8$ and change. Went back few days later to find out my balance was zero. I called the number on the back of card and was told card was used the same day. Which means the guy used what was left over as his tip. The sadness on my kids face was depressing. Called to speak to a manager and there was not one available I was told. So check your balances and ask for receipts. I was never given one.
