After charging good amount of bill they ask you for Tip if you skip tip they will not serve you good cofee and service. Latte coffe was very bad No stire stick, forgot to gave butter Croissant, gave freezing croissant after 3 reminders, staff was very rude

I stopped by Starbucks expecting a decent cup of coffee, but I was really disappointed. The coffee tasted burnt and bitter, definitely not worth the $7 HA!! You will never get a dollar out of me.. YOURE PRICES ARE OUTRAGEOUS

I visited on 10/29/2025, this location and a guy took my order around 6pm evening with poor service. I asked for iced latte but he made hot, next I paid for 14 syrup he just add 3 which is too bad. If this guy serves more I and my friends would stop to come at this location. Very poor service and dirty place.

I was at your Starbucks recently, trying to enjoy a treat with my puppy and record a short video of them enjoying a pup cup. Unfortunately, the associate on duty made a scene and made us feel unwelcome.
I was shocked by the reaction, as I expected a friendly and accommodating environment, especially since my actions were harmless and simply meant to capture a sweet moment. This experience left me disappointed and uncomfortable.
I hope Starbucks can address this incident with your team and ensure that all customers and their pets are treated with kindness and respect in the future. Thank you for ruining my dogs first pup cup experience
I usually order my coffee here, but my last visit was very disappointing. I placed my order online and waited near the pickup area for about 10 minutes without anyone noticing me. Eventually, I walked up and asked about my drink, showed my order, and the barista said she was making it. She started preparing the cup, added syrup, and then left it sitting for another 5 minutes without explaining the delay.
After waiting even longer with no update, I asked to cancel my order. Instead of apologizing, the barista casually told me to cancel “over there.” The manager, who had been walking back and forth eating cake, looked at my cup, made a dismissive comment that he could have handled it, and then processed my refund again, with no apology for the poor service or the delay.
Overall, the lack of attention, professionalism, and basic courtesy made this a very frustrating experience. A simple acknowledgment or apology would have gone a long way.

Ordered a pumpkin cream chai tea latte and it had no cream foam and no chai just iced coffee and whipped cream with cinnamon. I asked for a receipt and the girl tells me we dont have receipt paper its on your phone. This happened today 8/27/25 at 2 pm. She seemed in a hurry but thats how you mess peoples things up.
