Kind staff, they just don’t listen. Coffee purchased and ground, but after telling them twice that it’s for a French press, it still came out very finely ground. Probably need training.

Distracted worker- got my order wrong, then the second time she rushed & didn’t blend my coffee correctly so all the syrup was at the very top
