Saturday noon service not really well, AA lady who makes the coffee has an attitude and looks unhappy not even Sir I will be right back with you . If not happy at work why staying there . She had no work ethic , management guy seemed unhappy also God even chick fil a has better customer service .
Second time I came here today and again the barista is so rude! Judging from the other reviews on here it's a common accurance here! Maybe it's time I ask for a corporate number and file an official complaint! The customer service here is HORRIBLE!!!

Came to location @8:45pm they closed @9:00pm. Very poor customer service two employees watch me and said we are closed when the sign said 9:00pm.

One of the best star bucks .. Everything on time.. They maintain all the stock.. Right beside the HEB.. Pretty decent staff who talk and serve well.. There is no drive thru here, But still a good place !
