I don’t understand why the frappe are not taste the same, some times are not tasting good you really need to have the recipe for each drink, because they never taste the same, each time I buy one taste different 😫

today is my birthday starbucks gave me a discount code for my favorite drink with no limit on the amount but when i ordered i didnt know that when i order many things in one drink they will be upset with me i have been drinking starbucks for eight years but this is the first time i have been like this

Probably the worst Starbucks I know. It’s a shame it’s the only one on my way to work. Given this, you can say I’ve been there a lot. Each visit is always unpleasant and nothing compared to the other friendlier Starbucks I’ve been too, or to Black Rock Coffee. Every time I go to buy coffee through the drive through I’m asked to wait to order for a few minutes while I see no one in front of me. One time I had to bypass the speaker box because I thought it wasn’t working because no one answered on the other end. When I went up to the window the lady asked me to go around, which by this time here was already a line. This was all in the evening which you’d think isn’t their busiest hour. She was so rude I decided to not go back. Eventually, I did go back after a few months because after being a mom of two and working nights, I needed it. Then today they disappoint again. I pulled up to the drive through and there was a chalkboard by the speaker box that said that they were doing maintenance on the speaker box (wish I had taken a photo). I very innocently pull up to the window after waiting less than a minute for a car to drive off. I pull up and the lady looks confused as to why I pulled up to the window. I explained to her what the notice said and that the menu window was open so I assumed the notice was still in effect. Not sure how hard it is to input one drink order in but apparently it is. This place is so frustrating. Black Rock is definitely winning points here. This Starbucks just leaves me such a bitter taste. Not to mention the clumps of caramel I’ve been getting in my caramel macchiato. It’s only ever here that I literally have to scoop out the mounds of caramel they put solely at the bottom of the cup. I like caramel but there’s definitely a balance and recipe guidance that needs to be followed.

This Starbucks is an absolute disaster. I've never experienced such excruciatingly slow service in my life. Waiting forever for a single drink is unacceptable. The staff seems completely overwhelmed and unorganized. Those five-star reviews must be from people who’ve never actually visited. Save your time and go somewhere else—this place is a joke. The manager is also very rude and super lazy. He always look tired.

Yesterday I recently had a fantastic experience at Starbucks. The barista, Hiba, was incredibly friendly and helpful. Not only was my coffee delicious, but her positive attitude made my visit even more enjoyable. Highly recommend. Her knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on. I left feeling refreshed and satisfied, thanks to her excellent service.

How hard is it to put ice in a cup? This place has the rudest Starbucks employees. I went through the drive through and we only had 3 cars in front of us and it took us 20 minutes to get to the window to pay and they didn't have our drinks ready. We had waited a while and it's 100° outside so we had asked them for water while we wait at the drive through and the girl working at the drive through asked us to loop back around to ask for water. We waited a total of 30 minutes for a couple iced shaked espresso

Hiba is a fantastic barista at Starbucks. Her enthusiasm and attention to detail make every visit special. She always crafts the perfect drink with a warm smile, and her positive attitude shines even on the busiest days. Customers love her, and I’m incredibly proud of her dedication and skill. If you see her at the counter, you're in for a great experience!

The attention in this location it is TERRIBLE. Today, July 22, there are employees talking while the customers are waiting....I was there 35 minutes, and I asked, and they ignored me, nobody helped you. 0 stars I've never seen this in Starbucks place before. ??????

It’s really crazy how EXTREMELY SLOW this location is. Every time I order off the app, I always wait at least 10mins to go in EVEN THOUGH the app says it’ll be ready in 5-8mins. And EVERY TIME I end up waiting at least 20mins. What’s the point of ordering ahead if I’m going to end up sitting around waiting for my drink . Kinda defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. There’s different people in here every time I come , and yet the service is still slow no matter who is behind the counter. Waiting 20mins plus for a drink is crazy work. Ordered my drink at 3:15pm and didn’t get it until 3:44!!! Then the black girl with the black beanie with lil black intentionally took her sweet time making it .Then once I got my iced coffee, all you see and taste is milk to where she barely put any coffee in my drink . Sad thing is I expected my drink to not be made the ride way after I saw that she KNEW I waiting for my drink and continued to drag her feet . Even her co worker was surprised that I was still standing there waiting for my drink. If you don’t like what comes with your job simple get another . If you’re not happy with the way you look, please don’t be so miserable that you’re just stirring your misery into everyone’s drink!

I only went to this establishment because the power was out in our community due to the tornado that passed through Houston on 05/15/2024. Therefore, I can not comment on the food. However, the atmosphere was good!
