The white girl when long blonde hair highlights needs to be let go .. took 15 mins to get our drinks bitched out loud about how unhappy she was that she couldnāt have a second person to close the only reason which was 2 girls in Target uniforms started helping her, while whined about her job the only reason she had a line was talking to the Target girls telling people to wait till she was done talking just so rude and unprofessional , made both our drinks wrong as well . Plus her hair was literally all over the counter this was about 4:30

Iāve started visiting my local Starbucks every afternoon just so I can see Nahom and the newest team member, Simon. Nahom has been part of the store for quite a while and always greets me with genuine warmth he remembers my order, asks how my day is, and just seems to know exactly what I need. Simon, though newer, fits in perfectly with the team. Heās friendly, efficient, and clearly loves what he does. Their attention to detail and welcoming conversation make every visit feel special.
Since theyāve been working my shifts (in the afternoon), Iāve probably visited Starbucks more than ever before. Their consistent professionalism, personal touch, and positive energy keep me coming back day after day. Thanks to them, Starbucks doesnāt feel like just a coffee shop it feels like a daily ritual I look forward to

If zero stars were an option Iād give this location that. I always order from here and always pay the same amount for my drink. But today I ordered from here and got charged double the price for my drink. I asked for a reason why and all I could get was āWe always charge that here we donāt know why thatās how it is?ā. Zero customer service, donāt want to do their jobs. Not good for a target location. They asked if I still wanted the drink after I had already paid for it.

Rude and bad customer service by Carmella from the beginning she looked frustrated when we were just trying to make sure we place our order right and use the app to earn stars. She had an attitude to the point I almost asked her for the manager name. I shouldāve asked if there was someone else yo help me since she obviously doesnāt know how to do customer service.
I have come to resent this specific Starbucks. Everytime I go thereās a problem. Whether itās my order is incorrect, long wait times because of them having one barista at lunch time, or not getting my stars added. The only reason theyāre not getting 1 star is because Iāve had really good service and drinks from the younger girls especially the curly hair girl w glasses. Iād rather take the extra drive for peace of mind though

All the staff is super nice and fast too, even when thereās a line, they move fast so Iāve never waited long for my orders compared to other locations.
