Worst experience when I attempted to buy coffee here today (11/08/2024). I arrived at the counter and there was one female ahead of me. She was there for a few minutes and I heard the female worker (the one with no accent - I did not get her name) tell her they were busy but "let me get your order so you can get out of here". She ordered some type of sandwich and a drink. By the way they were interacting, they knew each other so I guess that's how you get your order taken and made at this location. I waited, very patiently, for ten minutes (not an exaggeration) and finally I told this same female that I only need a tall dark roast, nothing in it, nothing special. The coffee is already made and sitting there in the dispensers so this would not have been difficult. Instead of just pouring the coffee, she took nearly five minutes telling me how busy they were with online orders and that I would have to wait. There were two workers and, if between the two of them, they could not dispense a tall coffee, then they should not work there. The time she took to argue with me about how little importance my request had could have been spent just serving coffee. I am not a fan of Starbucks and never go but I was in the supermarket and made the horrible decision to visit today. This female who was rude and argumentative should not be working in a customer service position.

Every time I visit this location ‘Luis’ displays horrible customer service! You can literally stand in front of him for 5-15 mins before he ever acknowledges your presence! This is the 2nd time in the last month that this has happened. I will never visit this location for coffee ever! Horrible. I left!!!!! Customer service training is desperately needed asap!

When I’m ready to hit the road to a destination more than 2 hour drive. I grab a snack, iced cafe latte and a pup cup for my 4 legged baby.

Parking: Parking is shared with other stores, restaurants and businesses. Drive through is very convenient. Dog friendly.
