Hi! I usually do not stop at this location but I needed to this morning because I was in the area! I placed a mobile order. I pulled through drive thru to tell them. Guy said he was checking on it. I waited there for a hot minute to see if they had my order. So then he says it’s there. I pull forward. I wasn’t acknowledged at the window. Finally someone comes. Sweet girl! She asked me who I was. She closes the window and then searches for my order. She comes back and hands me my order. I drive off. I wanted to go back to Starbucks and throw my coffee in frustration but I had to go to work! I had no sweet cream or vanilla. I order this drink EVERY morning. It is frustrating when directions aren’t followed. I understand you guys were busy BUT when you have customers paying $8 for a drink please ensure it is correct. Especially when it is how a person starts their day!

Had genuinely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had in a Starbucks. I believe her name is Mia, she was very welcoming and made me feel seen. Although I was just ordering a coffee it felt like i was talking to a good friend of mine. I’ve had the toughest week but just her friendliness made my day. Give that girl a raise.

If you want to sit down and enjoy a cup of coffee while answering a few emails, don’t waist your time coming here. They turn up the music way to loud and almost all the electrical plugs have been deleted so that you can’t charge your laptop. It’s like they do it on purpose for you not to stay.
The atmosphere is suppose to be inviting, but they go out of their way for you to get your coffee and leave.

The drinks and customer service is HORRIBLE!!!
I’ve been there 3x and was disappointed each time. As of today, my venti refresher was filled with ice to the very top and when I called with a complaint the supervisor tried justifying the matter. The drinks here taste completely different because their MADE WITH ATTITUDES!

Dash cam says it all
The whole store needs to be retrained on beverage standards because every single time I've gone none of my drinks are right.
Not only at night but in the morning too, I've been here throughout all day parts.
Customer service could use work as well not really friendly at all especially when you tell them they messed up.
As a partner myself I feel ashamed for this store.

Super bad service in this store, after waiting in a long line the person who was taking the orders was treating the customers very badly and therefore I decided not to buy... Improve the staff please!!!
Disappointing experience at this Starbucks location. The male cashier was unfriendly, inattentive, and seemed completely disinterested in providing good customer service. Ordered a simple drink and had to repeat myself multiple times due to lack of attention. When I politely asked for a correction, he seemed put off and handed me my drink with a scowl. For a company that prides itself on customer experience, this location fell far short. Hopefully, management will take steps to address the poor service.
