I enjoyed the new drink of Matcha but the service was slow and I was waiting there for 15 minutes. 4 stars because the customer service was average otherwise it’s ok.

Coffee is good, but I stop almost every morning, order on the app as soon as it hits 6am and yet people walk in behind me and get there coffee first. Then today my cup wasn’t even full, almost $7 for a coffee I would think they would fill it.

Half of time they mess up your drink in front of your eyes. Also No shame lying to us when confronted. Have to find other nearby alternative

If you happen to be a frequent customer who works in the building, service is generally adequate. The Asian Manager Lady & a couple workers however, showcase an entirely different tier of service for "certain types & ethnicities" who do not either office in the building or mirror their heavily leftist viewpoints. I miss the old days when I would get treated badly because of my race but now: Being a God Respecting, Well Spoken, Healthily Normal Male just doesn't seem to be STARBUCKS cup of tea. Of course, I just went next door to a real gourmet coffee establishment. Why save the unsalvageable? Bring on ROBOT COFFEE, like in SFO! Since you truly don't care about your customers, as evidenced by my 20 formal complaints in the last 5 years & only one or two during my 1st 25 years, just make it drive thru so you can stop having the fake faces & dubious greetings & just collect your $ Mrs. Lucas! ?☕

My usual go to is 4-5 Star Hotel Coffee for quality, presentation, service & refills while working. The high price is worth it! STARF*CKS charges the same though & for the complete opposite in quality, experience, service & adds an abundance of #weirditude! ?

The Thumbs Critic

? Coffee is usually as I expect it to taste when ordered. If it isn't, it usually is because I forgot to specify how many pumps of syrup when ording via the app.? Sometimes, the iced coffee can taste burned (like an americano). I'll have to toss it to avoid a sour stomach. Thankfully, the company help page is quick at refunding the transaction.? The employees are generally nice.? There is a seating area inside the main tunnel corridore, which provides great people watching and networking.
