I was shopping in Target this evening, and decided to stop to get something from Starbucks after I checked out. There was a couple that walked up to the line less than 1 min before I did. The young man working behind the cash register took their order. He then proceed to go into the back while I waited for him to take my order and turned off all the lights overhead and behind the counter. After I asked him would he still be taking my order, he told me that the couple ahead of me was the last order of the night. When I looked at the time on my phone, it was 8:59 pm. I am very appalled by this treatment given that there was no one behind me in line, and I was the last customer standing there. I could not even leave the parking lot before leaving this review. This young man needs customer service remediation.

So there's this well put together person named Alex right i told her I wanted a cup of black coffee and my best friend wanted one as well But he wanted sugar as well so i thought i might wake up a bit more with sugar right but i didn't know how much to put in my black coffee so i told her verbatim "just make mine sweet but not like his" Alex said "so you do want it sweet"
I said "yes just make it like your coffee"
Alex said "i dont drink black coffee, I drink lattés"
I said " just make the coffee" and walked off.
Man when I tell you this coffee made me happy I me so happy that I took a second look at her for no reason ? I looked like a dog with big eyes like I've founda person that understands my words ?
This coffee was beautifully created but to her its just another costumers order(slight work for Alex)

Baristas just don't know how to make a flat white. I always wait for a less than proper drink. Over time the atmosphere in all Starbucks has deteriorated.

Spacious starbucks with tables and seating area. No comfy couches or cushions but most don't come here to work. Pretty clean and good service. Drinks are always great. In a strip store area with flickering lights and broken pavement. Not the greatest location externally but I love it and it's right by the highway. Decent selection of merchandise but no fridge with the to go food and snack area.

I got to Starbucks at 7:30pm and there were 2 people working and they close at 8. My problem is with the lazy attitude girl who took it upon herself not to make me a coffee and change the hours....you would think a fortune 500 company would hire more competent employees for the sake of there customers and shareholders #iwasnttheonlycustomermad #badbusiness #pleasefireher

I can't rate the food because after 10 minutes being the first in line, I left without being served. 2 people working and not serving anyone, more than 6 customers accumulated in line.

This was a Starbucks inside a target. I did not get any Starbucks item but there was a self serve icee machine next to Starbucks with self pay. I had a coke icee. No interactions with ANYBODY FROM STARBUCKS.

I usually visit this Starbucks every weekend. Most employees are nice until this morning. It was 8:30am and she told me they are closed because they’re behind. I seen 2 employees and the lights were on, too! It shows how much they care about their customers. I tip good most of the time. Besides that, the coffee’s always turn out different depending on the barista. It’s a hit or miss.

Everything is always broken. The service is terrible. People are nice though. Not sure if that makes everything else worth dealing with. SUPER SLOW and they're out of most things. Last week they didn't have EXPRESSO!
