Damn place is so loud!
The barristas, the music; you cannot even have a conversation with somebody…ugh!

I just waited FORTY minutes inside while the outside had a drive through averaging a three minute wait time. This was absolutely tragic. I cannot believe I waited that long for an order that they messed up anyways. This was a horrible, horrible, HORRIBLE experience and if the staff had even the slightest customer service skills or teamwork I would have just asked for a refill. I will NEVER come to this location again. Don’t go inside cause they don’t care about inside customers at all apparently.

Brandon provided the best customer service I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. I didn’t get the chance to see the name tag of the girl working beside him but she was just as pleasant.

My mom wasn't able to come in get her bday coffee so I took her the location on Richmood/Woodhead. I told the person (Supervise Stephen) who check us out that her bday just pass 2 days but he told us that they only give out same day as the bday. I understood that, so I didn't give him any problem. I order my coffee with extra salt form cream. After our coffee was done, I ask the person who did my coffee, can I get the extra salt form cream fill until to the top. The same guy who give us the problem start bulling us again. If I want to get extra salt form cream, I need to pay more. Which I did pay up front before the coffee was make. This is how I feel for being Asian and being mistreat

This location seriously needs to address customer service. The staff was rude and dismissive, making the visit uncomfortable from start to finish. I understand being busy, but there’s no excuse for treating customers poorly. Steven the manager also was rude when stating issue I had with staff and he needs to work on his approach didn't like how he handle situation definitely will be filing a complaint

The weather was gloomy and the day was long. I went to this location to get a peppermint mocha, and they were out due to demand. Yet the service was so great that this still turned into a great experience and I appreciate that. It is rare nowadays to find these bright interactions in the retail sales environment and it was awesome! Unfortunately I forget the young ladies name who helped me at approximately 5pm on 12/4, but she was magnificent!

I don’t understand why every time at the register they miss ring you, can’t get your order right, or are slightly snarky. I had to get a refund due to them over charging me for half and half 3 times, the shift lead had said you will get your refund in 5-10 business days. That’s no problem. Yet adding in “don’t come back if you don’t get it”.
