I don't buy Starbucks anymore. Their app has constant issues that they didn't fix. Their people at this location don't care about the customers. You can't order for pickup during morning hours forcing you to wait in line. It's not worth the cost of the coffee.

I always go on Tuesday and Friday morning . Every time I go in I’m always greeted by Tre and his wonderful crew. My drinks always look beautiful and taste delicious . Cesar always gives me a cup holder for three of my drinks and tell me to have a wonderful day miss Casandra he is very sweet don’t talk much but sweet . Tre always gives out great energy leads a hand out to make sure that the store is running smoothly . The lady’s are amazing very nice always making sure everyone is taking care of . I didn’t get everyone name but I see a gentleman with a black hat and a lady with him they work drive thru they always greet me when I walk through the door and make sure that I’m taking care of or I need anything else . I don’t how everyone experience when they come to Starbucks here but mine is always great . This is the best of day before I come to work .

I wasn't greeted or serviced until I asked the two people who were working if I was invisible. It was very awkward. The lady who served me apologized and said it had been a long day. The other lady never showed any type of empathy or kindness to me being there. It was not a good experience for me. I will reconsider other locations next time.

I had ordered a coffee which had a blue piece of plastic in it (at least I hope it’s plastic and not anything more gross) and didn’t realize until the end of my drink where the color of the coffee is not ā€œhidingā€ anything else that ended up in the cup. I’m questioning whether I might have swallowed any smaller pieces without realizing earlier.:( The service is always great but check to make sure nothing is lingering in your cup!!

I ordered a white mocha latte but I didn’t want hot/warm or ice. I just wanted it cold. The barista misunderstood me and gave me a warm latte, but there was a lady sit with the group at the table at that time and she asked me if I want my coffee remake and I told her sure. I didn’t know she was the employee there bc she looks like a customer more. I got my coffee remake thank to that ladyā˜ŗļø

FLIES 🪰 It’s been already like a month and every single day I go there I see flies flying around standing in the mobile orders. Flies trying to get inside the cups. Flies coming out of the cups, getting inside your breakfast, lunch etc.

They are always out of something and then the baristas don’t even know what they are talking about she told me they are out of gingerbread for the rest of the year just for her to be wrong 0/10 if you don’t have something put it in the app
