I go to Starbucks often and usually expect a consistent experience, but never have I seen one consistently bad as this location. Not only does the order take forever to come out, the restaurant itself looks dirty and disorganized. When you walk into the place it’ll become clear that this location doesn’t take cleanliness serious. Attached is a photo from what it looks like behind the line. This isn’t just a one day occurrence as I’ve observed it the 3 times I’ve visited them.

Every time I have to go downtown this is the most convenient Starbucks to stop at but this will definitely be my last time. It always takes forever and even when I order on my app I end up getting my drink 20 mins past the predicted time and I’m never going at peak coffee hours this is like at 11am or 2pm it’s absolutely ridiculous and I never have trouble like this at any other Starbucks and just to top it off this time the employees were getting into it with a customer while everyone is waiting around uncomfortably for their drinks. Starbucks really needs to address their brand at this store

I am honestly about tired of this location and their rude staff. My husband and I visit Starbucks either here on 45 or 249 minimum 3 times a week. Lately their service is trash. If I order ahead and you tell me my order is supposed to be done at a certain time and I show up just to wait an extra 7-10 minutes because you can't put your orders in order that's complete bs. Then you have employees getting snippy! I have worked in customer service for half my life and you do not catch attitudes and be rude toward customers who have only asked for their order. One day somebody is going to pull your ass across that counter. You all need to get it together or corporate needs to co.e and get their employees in order.
