Great drinking and food
As a loyal customer who visits Starbucks nearly every day, I was genuinely disappointed by the service I received today. I was feeling overheated and stopped by simply to ask for a cup of water— I even offered to pay for it.
Unfortunately, the employee at the window responded not with empathy, but with a lecture about a new water policy. I understand policies can change, but the delivery lacked basic awareness and courtesy. I wasn’t trying to bypass any rules—I was willing to pay. It would’ve been more helpful to offer a price and take my card for payment rather than a privileged water speech.
Kindness and flexibility go a long way, especially when someone clearly isn’t trying to take advantage. 🤷🏾♀️

Always a great experience... love crafting new flavors with the baristas...they will mix up some great ideas!!
It’s a hit or miss at this location. Tonight’s visit wasn’t great. I hardly ever go for any of the merchandise, but had enough points to get one of the cups they sell. Showed the guy at the drive thru a picture of what I was looking for and the guy basically responded with, “I don’t know what we have, you’ll have to come in and check.” It wasn’t like they were overly crowded or anything and it was just disappointing they couldn’t just check themselves. Also, the hot chocolate I got didn’t seem to be full all the way or even 75%. The morning employees from my experience seem a lot more helpful and chipper!
