It’s a hit or miss at this location. Tonight’s visit wasn’t great. I hardly ever go for any of the merchandise, but had enough points to get one of the cups they sell. Showed the guy at the drive thru a picture of what I was looking for and the guy basically responded with, “I don’t know what we have, you’ll have to come in and check.” It wasn’t like they were overly crowded or anything and it was just disappointing they couldn’t just check themselves. Also, the hot chocolate I got didn’t seem to be full all the way or even 75%. The morning employees from my experience seem a lot more helpful and chipper!

I rarely give 1 star review but I’m super pissed about the situation this morning. I ordered on the app at 8:40. And I arrived at 8:55AM. Before my arrival, on the app it said ordered is completed at 8:53AM. However, when I arrived, it said the drink was out of the nondairy milk and so the drink wasn’t made even tho the app said “completed”. I was so in a rush to work and that’s why I ordered a head of times on the app so I don’t have to wait. I came in and my cheese darnish was cold and hard. I have to wait 5 more minutes for my drink and it just pissed me off about situation. And I was late to work. When I ordered a head of time, I have my reason for it and please be respectful of my times because I’m a loyal customer to this location and I ordered every morning. And if the order isn’t to be put on the app to be completed, I would still be mindful and wait but the fact on the app said it was completed and I still have to wait for my drink. And it ruined my whole morning.

Employees are too worried about being woke and saying they are underpaid. You serve coffee, tea, and pastries. Why should you be paid more when you have a bad attitude toward others? Do your job and do it to your best ability and that's where you get ahead in life
