Starbucks

This location has become extremely slow. I have become used to it and will.order my drink and wait 15 mins before going. This evening I walked in. They were standing around no one making drinks. Took another 12 min to get my drink. Ridiculous!!! I will be taking my business to a nearby location.

Five (5) stars for Ashley and the wonderful iced brewed coffee she recommended to me early this morning. It's unfortunate the AC isn't flowing/cooling the store like it should be since the meeting room was added. Hopefully management will get this matter resolved before the spring/summer seasons arrive.

Halloween 2025, I went in at 7:30, order pumpkin spice cold brew, out of pumpkin so I got chocolate cold brew and order banana bread. Drink was ready but not my banana bread, I asked the lady who was handing out the drinks, she said it would be ready in few mins. I waited about 5 more mins and walked to the cashier and another male worker asked what was i waiting on? I told him and the cashier told him I didn’t charge her for that, but I wasn’t given a receipt and just left because I order the banana bread and waiting about 10 mins before finding out I wasn’t charged.

I placed a mobile order, and when I walked in, there were only a couple of customers in the store. Even so, it took about 15 minutes to receive my drinks after arriving. I stopped in to take a quick interview and expected a calm environment, but the staff was extremely loud; laughing and chatting amongst each other behind the counter and at the drive-thru window. My entire 30-minute Teams call was disrupted by the noise. I was honestly shocked, I’ve visited many Starbucks locations to work, study, or take interviews, and I’ve NEVER experienced such an unprofessional and noisy atmosphere. This isn’t my usual location, and I’ll be sure not to visit this one again

Best Starbucks experience ever. I'm bad at names, but everyone that was there today at around 9am was super kind and helpful. While they were unable to give me the drink I wanted, what they recommended was so yummy and well made. I am looking forward to my next Pumpkin Cream Chai Latte! It's my fav fav drink. 💓

I do this to avoid me pouring in the car and making a mess

The younger staff have terrible customer service and display in appropriate behavior. For example, this asian girl with short hair was making sexual jokes and cussing when making drinks. I'm appalled that we allow this behavior and none of the management has done anything. Not very kid friendly!!
