I love going to this location! Justin in the Drive-thru is always so much fun! Him and his Onstar voice! Just go and hope he is there. lmao!A few months ago he really had me thinking they had gone automated!

Shelby was very inconsiderate and “nasty nice”They sold me a stale Bananna bread in the drive through so I came right in and returned it. The first young lady who was helping me was very thoughtful and kind. However shelby was upset about having to help so instead of giving me a full refund she tried to keep part of the payment. When I politely pointed it out to her she said it’s because I didn’t bring in my phone which is how I paid. If this was true she should have giving me the option. So she makes me go back to the car to get the phone in order to get the full payment and then makes me wait to complete the transaction. It’s sad that we are being so petty and getting upset with clientele for not accepting bad products. I should have known something was up the way you all were pushing the sales. I was just trying to be nice when they kept asking to buy food. I just wanted a cappuccino

I hate to damper their effort for great management & customer service, though I'm shocked at their lack of concern for their customers' safety. I called on 02/09/24, shortly before 8pm, to ask for a better time to restart me & my wife's enjoyment of sitting down to sip lattes at their establishment. My wife & I witnessed a vagrant, which comes here to charge his phone & use their restroom, pull a weapon on a man at the nearby Verizon Store. This short haired, young white male didn't even have a Starbucks drink, but sat loitering while he charged his phn. The female Starbucks manager I spoke to had no concern for my inquiry & didn't even ask for a description of the young man. I understand that's a nice attempt to a homeless person, but it places questions to their concern for anything but the great taste of coffees they make. Now my wife & I go to other Starbucks. Pretty bad.

Came in for a drink to focus on some work outside of the house. Slow to get our drinks but there was a line and I think of ton of mobile orders. Chill quiet enviroment. Didn’t mind waiting since I was working on my laptop.

I ordered a venti white chocolate Frappuccino, but it tasted like pumpkin. I go in to make them remake it and the white girl at the cash register gave attitude and said she did it right. Anyways, I make them remake it and they took a whole 25 minutes, and it tastes like pumpkin spice again! These workers are so lazy, they don’t seem to want to wash the blender, or they just straight up don’t know how to make a decent Frappuccino. I even saw another lady make them remake her drink as well because they screwed up entirely.

My husband & I stopped by to get our reg drinks. I have a pacemaker so I hardly ever drink anything with caffeine, expresso or anything else. My husband introduced me to an iced white chocolate mocha. Only thing, is it comes with 3 shots of expresso, so I asked them if they could just put the 3 shots of expresso on the side so I could add a little bit on my own. Lady on the speaker said they couldn’t do that which I was there the previous day & the manager said that would be no problem. Now these people are saying that technically it’s another drink & they’ll have to charge me for 3 drinks in total. My husband proceeded to tell her it was the same 2 drinks just one without the expresso in it. They were extremely rude & said they didn’t have time to arque nor is trying to hear us explain what we wanted… my husband politely told the lady that he wasn’t arguing just trying to explain what he wanted, but she kept cutting him off & kept saying is that it, is that it & my husband couldn’t even get any words out because the lady on the speaker kept saying I don’t have time for this. I’m honestly very disappointed, that wasn’t a way I wanted to start our morning, having people being so disrespectful. I understand we all go through things in life… I have so much I go through with my health & I’ve never behaved rudely with anyone. I always show love & kindness. It’s no one’s fault what I go through. I regretted stopping for our drinks there. Both the manager & the young lady at the window were so rude. When my husband was going to show her my phone so she could scan it she kept saying I don’t have time for this & kept saying I’m not going to argue with you when my husband was silent…. We just sat in our vehicle confused & at a loss of words. Smh, definitely not what customer service should be like… I’m truly disappointed in these 2 staff members…

Worst service ever. Rang up the order, then told me that she couldn't give me what I ordered. Customer service at its worst. No wonder that, I don't buy their overpriced coffee anymore. If I didn't have a gift card, I wouldn't have been there anyway.

My first experience where the service was just okay. And they were slow. It never takes that long. In fact they thanked me for my patience. This was a first and I've seen going to Starbucks for years.
