I came today to pick up an UberEats order and the employee who helped me today was talking in his mic to the other employees how I was ‘annoying and staring at him.’ Hate to tell you dude but nobody is staring at your zesty self and I’m married. Your typical starbucks. Incredible overpriced and People wait for an hr in 90 degree heat just to fix their addiction for sugar caffeine combination that’s been proven to be more addicting than OxyContin i’m putting all their own health and Jeopardy. It is what it is.

Some workers are great and actually know how to make a coffee and some just do not like this morning I had the same caramel frappuccino that had yesterday but the difference is this one tastes like dirty water, burnt coffee and I spent 9 dollars on this coffee pretty upsetting every time I go there is one person that knows how to make a coffee and one that does not, it seems like the staff needs to be knowledged on how to make a proper drink from Starbucks especially when people out here paying $9 for a damn drink

If I can give a 0 star, I will. I don’t usually give a review but this place is not good. I had a mobile ordered and came to pick up at the drive thru. NOBODY Acknowledge me. Not even Hi or asking if I’m picking up. This guy just standing there. What kind of customer service is that! Next time hire someone who is passionate about their jobs. I ordered Matcha and paid extra for the oakmilk. Guess what, my drink was not filled all the way. This company makes a lot of money so there’s no reason for y'all to be stingy. My third time ordered from here and the drinks are never good compared to the other places. I rather drive to the far one than coming here.

It is really upsetting when you have waited a long time and held out from purchasing a drink and when you finally get it, the barista doesn’t even take his or her time to make the right drink. Absolute trash and playing with peoples time and money. Do better.
