Some workers are great and actually know how to make a coffee and some just do not like this morning I had the same caramel frappuccino that had yesterday but the difference is this one tastes like dirty water, burnt coffee and I spent 9 dollars on this coffee pretty upsetting every time I go there is one person that knows how to make a coffee and one that does not, it seems like the staff needs to be knowledged on how to make a proper drink from Starbucks especially when people out here paying $9 for a damn drink

If I can give a 0 star, I will. I don’t usually give a review but this place is not good. I had a mobile ordered and came to pick up at the drive thru. NOBODY Acknowledge me. Not even Hi or asking if I’m picking up. This guy just standing there. What kind of customer service is that! Next time hire someone who is passionate about their jobs. I ordered Matcha and paid extra for the oakmilk. Guess what, my drink was not filled all the way. This company makes a lot of money so there’s no reason for y'all to be stingy. My third time ordered from here and the drinks are never good compared to the other places. I rather drive to the far one than coming here.

This place has never had macadamia for their coffee again. I have been coming for a month looking for my favorite coffee and I had to return because they never have macadamia

What’s the point of having a Starbucks app if the staff can’t have your order ready, it’s faster just to go through drive-thru. Rude barista
It is really upsetting when you have waited a long time and held out from purchasing a drink and when you finally get it, the barista doesn’t even take his or her time to make the right drink. Absolute trash and playing with peoples time and money. Do better.

These workers look like they’d rather be sacrificing chickens than being where they are. Customer service was a joke, these young kids today have absolutely no people skills. Literally would do anything to avoid you and everything is a burden. It’s sad.

The employees were very rude not letting us take our electric unicycles through the drive through, I understand that electric unicycles are a fairly new thing, but at some point you have to draw the line in between a road legal vehicle or a pedestrian, because when you can’t take them through the drive through or bring them inside then HOUSTEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM!!! Don’t you let motorcycles go through the drive through?? You’ve got to make rules, because if I can’t take it through the drive through, I’m gonna take it inside no matter what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
