The customer service was truly outstanding—12 out of 10. I don’t live on this side of town, but I’ll gladly drive 30 minutes to return to this location. You’ve built something exceptional here, and I hope you continue to preserve it.

I feel bad for putting one star because the workers are so nice but I don’t think they know how to make the drinks. The two times I’ve gone my drink have been terrible!!! First time was a caramel frap tasted water down and a matcha that was bitter!! The second time I got an horchata. Didn’t even drink that! Tasted so bad. Starbucks please check on this place!

Today 8/9/25 had a terrible group of workers. I see around 4-5 workers in the back. I ordered 2 item some food and a drink. 5min into waiting I get my food. Ok that’s normal Starbucks my drink should be out in 3 more minutes or so. That’s not the case, I end up waiting another 15min making my food cold. Then when they bring out my drink they don’t even call out the name like they did with my food. Good thing I watched it be placed on the counter so I didn’t have to wait any longer. Terrible service on this date and they need have a meeting with those workers to see what all needs to be improved. 20 min for 1 drink is insane. I had put in a cash tip and I completely regret it after all that.

I came today to pick up an UberEats order and the employee who helped me today was talking in his mic to the other employees how I was ‘annoying and staring at him.’ Hate to tell you dude but nobody is staring at your zesty self and I’m married. I’m just here to pick up my order while waiting by the mobile order pickup. Lucky I didn’t see his name or I would of reported him to corporate

Your typical starbucks. Incredible overpriced and People wait for an hr in 90 degree heat just to fix their addiction for sugar caffeine combination that’s been proven to be more addicting than OxyContin i’m putting all their own health and Jeopardy. It is what it is.

Some workers are great and actually know how to make a coffee and some just do not like this morning I had the same caramel frappuccino that had yesterday but the difference is this one tastes like dirty water, burnt coffee and I spent 9 dollars on this coffee pretty upsetting every time I go there is one person that knows how to make a coffee and one that does not, it seems like the staff needs to be knowledged on how to make a proper drink from Starbucks especially when people out here paying $9 for a damn drink
