I’m a longtime customer—over 20 years, often visiting multiple times a day—and I can confidently say this store is brewing something special to complement the great coffee. The customer service was truly outstanding—12 out of 10. I don’t live on this side of town, but I’ll gladly drive 30 minutes to return to this location. You’ve built something exceptional here, and I hope you continue to preserve it.
My Starbucks favorite is the caramel ribbon crunch. The barista was polite and very friendly. He was quick with my orders and considerate. Wish I would have caught his name. All I remember was that his name started with the letter T.
